Went in with firm ideas in mind. Annie served us and she was FIRST CLASS. Professional and helpful, she has apparently only being doing the job for a year, but she could have easily been doing it for a decade! She sorted out everything AND brought to our attention several superb additional areas to consider (my wife is disabled) - and then actioned them straight away! Annie is living proof why I MUCH prefer to deal with another human being than with a computer! Fantastic. (And Annie deserves a raise!)

Came in to store to discuss an upcoming trip and spoke with a lovely blonde girl I believe her name was Molly. She went above and beyond to help me and my husband with all our questions and concerns. Absoloutley excellent customer service from this store, booked my wedding for 2020 and unfortunatley due the pandemic had to be postponed, nothing was too much trouble for store manager Michaela, holiday and wedding was postponed with no trouble to 2021 and then again to 2022 due to the ongoing pandemic , we already have our next family holiday booked up with tui and through Michaela and will continue to book in the future.

We have been using the Telford TUI shop for all our holidays for well over 20 years, in all that time we have had superb service from the newest member of staff to the management , we have always been treated exceptionally well the advice has always been first class and very professional with a big chunk of friendliness thrown in I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation
