The holiday experiences themselves have all been exceptional - gorgeous top quality hotels, flights at times we wanted them rather than the usual package holiday nonsense of landing at 3am, and private transfers to and from the airport rather than sitting in a sweaty coach for an hour touring the area to drop people off at numerous hotels! We'll always use Classic Collection for future holidays and would recommend them to anyone.
