M. P.I cannot thank Donna enough for sorting out the automated Tui company cancellation of my November holiday in India which I booked in March and had fully paid. Donna was able to rearrange things so that I am still able to travel on my original date but will now stop for a few days longer. I am a very satisfied and grateful customer.
R.I only called here for currency. I ordered and paid for online two prior to pickup. The staff were very pleasant & obliging and counted out my euros in front of me. Can't ask more than that. It is a large airey shop. I can't vouch for what it's like for booking holidays.

J.We had a problem with our flights to Turkey and it was very difficult to get through on the phones we went into the Wrexham store to see if they could help and they were amazing Donna was great and although we couldn’t sort it in the shop she continued to try and then phoned us at home to say everything was sorted, fantastic service from a very dedicated Tui staff member, thank you very much Donna.
