A. H.An excellent experience, in every way. Team are highly professional and good natured. The flight itself was spectacular, with great views. Helping setup and put away the balloon all adds to a great mornings activity. I highly recommend to anyone, who isn’t scared of heights!
L. W.My mum booked this for my birthday and we were not disappointed, this was the most amazing experience from start to finish. We were lucky enough to get up on our first attempt and enjoyed helping to set up the balloon. Ollie and Mike were very friendly, we felt very safe and met some lovely people. When we landed we were given champagne and a certificate, what a lovely touch. We were then taken back to our cars by minibus - all in all a very enjoyable day and extremely well run. Highly recommended!
D. H.Although I am a balloon pilot myself I do get to fly with other people and Balloon ride operators. Olly and Kimberley have created their company to give the customers the best possible experience when flying over York, from the moment you arrive to the field to the very end of the flight. Equipment is very well maintained and also some of the latest designed for customer comfort as opposed to packing people into the basket other operators can do. So you can enjoy the flight more. If you are in York and want to do something different then I would happily recommend Yorkshire Balloon Flights as the company to go with.
H. M.Absolutely amazing experience- we were lucky enough to be able to fly on our second attempt which happened to be our wedding anniversary. The whole process from
Booking/ rescheduling to flying was seamless. Ollie and Chris were brilliant and it was great fun to get involved in the set up and pack down of the balloon, enhancing the whole experience. The chilled champagne at the end rounded the trip off perfectly and the mini bus ride back to our cars at the end was quick and efficient. Highly recommend Yorkshire Balloon Flights. 5* experience.

Absolutely amazing from having the opportunity to help with set up, and then help pack up after. Complimentary glass of champagne was a lovely touch.

You all have to muck in, teamwork and all that but to see it fill with air, taking off, views, wildlife, and landing. What an experience and a laugh finishing up with Champers, orange juice or both.
