Have been living here for 2 years so far (have booked to stay my final year here as well) and couldn't recommend it enough. Friendly staff, 24hr reception. Always clean and there to help. Great facilities (Gym, cinema room, outdoor area, study rooms etc). There are also events they have planned such as bringing in puppies, having yoga nights, games nights, having the curated kitchen come in and showing us how to cook good food in the main kitchen which are great social events to interact with the people who live in the building. A great location close to the city centre and also to the University and Belfast Met if you are attending those places. Everything is within walking distance of what you need. Would recommend it to anyone!

SIMPLY THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE. You get everything under one roof. From friendly staff to great facilities to quick accessibilities to anywhere in Belfast. I have lived for one whole year in the ROOST and I never felt that I was away from home. Their Staff members especially Luke (in Picture) & Selene were great and always made us felt like they were family. it was the most amazing experience of my life. Love from Pakistan.

As a parent its difficult when a child heads to Uni. Great Patrick Street is a fantastic choice accommodation for Ulster Uni. Luke has been especially helpful with numerous questions from me and i'm sure there will be more (sorry). The facilities are by for the best we've seen in numerous Student Accommodations visits and my daughter cannot wait to move-in in September. I have previously had another child in Student Roost accommodation (Liverpool) for 2 years and have been highly delighted with both the accommodation and service. I felt confident that she safe and looked after. I would highly recommend Student Roost Great Patrick Street

As a frequent visitor of the Student Roost, I've been made to feel incredibly welcome through the conversations I've had with the reception staff in particular- Kristian and Luke were especially entertaining!! Moreover, the facility itself was spotless with a warm and friendly environment that was always evident. Service with a smile always goes a long way! If I could redo my halls experience, I would've been a resident in Student Roost!

I have loved my experience in GPS and I’ve met the most wonderful and lovely people! Especially the staff who are super kind and helpful, shout out to Amy, for always smiling and making my stay so colourful!! Can’t wait to come back this Semester <3

Best place I've lived in for university over four years, staff are friendly and helpful, spaces are clean and work perfectly, bedrooms are spacious and perfect. Loved living here! I moved to Belfast in Sept 2020, but shortly after had to leave because of Covid. I had planned to get back so I left my things in Belfast, but now it became clear that I can't get home before my lease expired. The team was incredible and helped me out so much! I would always move back!

A very good location, across the street from the University of Ulster, 10-15 minute walk between three different Tescos, a short walk to a mall, centrally located next to bars, clubs, stores, restaurants - you couldn't ask for a better location It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, gym and pool table downstairs, in-building laundrymat, in-building trash, recycling, and food bins. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating and present 24/7.

Had a great time staying here over the last year, friendly staff made settling in all the easier, and are always quick to resolve any issues that arise. Very helpful and allowed for early release during the coronavirus pandemic. Would recommend staying at GPS if you are studying in Belfast/jordanstown. As it is very centrally located, just 5/10 min walk to train station at yorkgate, situated near city centre and right across the way from Ulster University's belfast campus

First home away from home. Met so many amazing people here. The house is always full of life and buzz. I came as a very shy person and now have more friends than I can count. Had some boring nights were I havent been feeling well and the staff talked to me all night keeping me company. All the events the house hosts have been great and very welcoming to everyone living here. My roommates are all very diverse and its been intresting to meet people who are also at university but completely different courses. I have found when I cant sleep the gym has helped as its open 24/7. My room is very comforable and feels like home. The clusters are a new experience and push even the quietest of people together, laughing over who burnt the toast last. Great place to live, great staff, brilliant value for money, key location for nights out and uni the next hungover morning, plus experience the real uni lifestyle.

Located right across Ulster University on great patrick street, Student Roost has not only lived up to, but also exceeded my expectations. Other than an ideal location, there's alot to appreciate in terms of the new building, the up to date equipment and facilities such as the kitchen, the gym, the cinema room (with no extra charges like woah). However what stood out to an international student like me was the warm atmosphere, a sense of security and comfort whether its 3 pm or 3 am, the friendly and extremely supportive staff. There's never a dull moment if you're living here, these guys sure know how to bring everyone together through fun activities and creative events. I think I can confidently say Student Roost has become my home away from home.
