A wonderful service provided by helpful and professional staff, keen to do their best by their candidates. My son suffers from anxiety, amongst other things, and T&E were so incredibly supportive, answered all questions promptly, and did their utmost to make my son feel at ease. I can only say good things about Tutors and Exams. Originally, all places were filled up for the practical exams, so I was in the queue hoping the best. Fortunately there was a cancellation, so they managed to squeeze me in. They were in contact with me constantly, as soon as ofqual came up with an update regarding the summer examinations 2021. Whenever I had a question, they answered me back in a short amount of time ( sometimes at 5am in the morning, which just shows the hard work they did ). I am starting my practical endorsements next week, and I'm nervous, but they ensured me I will have their full support, which also gives me a peace of the mind. Thanks for everything

l am so grateful to T&E. They really helped my son out of a terrible situation when his secondary school of 7 years decided at the 11th hour that they could no longer be his 'test centre' for A'Level Maths, despite the pandemic affecting him and others the previous year too. T&E were the only test centre that truly came to our rescue and proposed a perfect solution, despite the challenges. T&E clearly have robust systems and professional practices in place and were so patient and helpful along the way. I would like to specifically mention Alison Black, who calmly made it all possible from the very first phone call. If it wasn't for T&E, my son would have missed the opportunity to get onto his specific Uni course yet another year or simply given up on his dream. Thank you Tutors & Exams.

10/10! Have sat 2 exams here now at the Coventry Tutors & Exams centre. They reply very quickly and efficiently to all emails. You are allowed to visit the exam centre before you sit the exam; I have Autism and Anxiety so this was perfect for me and put me at ease! Definitely 5 Stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Your staff Katie just caught me outside of the door She was willingly to answer all my silly questions without any hesitation and sense of grumbling I was very annoying but didnt seem to bother her at all and it was her break time And she made points clear and gave me instruction on what I should look for which is very helpful I think this place is very welcoming and warm hearted I will keep in touch with this place for all my up comming exams !!!
