Great place, been living here for two years now, moving onto my third. They have super friendly staff at the reception and they’re very efficient with service. Everything was fixed within an hour or two of reporting. It is in a great location super close to my university and had a wide range of students from all over the globe. They have many activities and events all year round encouraging maximum interaction and it is overall perfect for me because of its facilities and services!!

Stayed there for a year and it was a delightful stay. There were a few ups and downs to due to technical issues but overall great to experience. It is a large accom and you can meet and interact with lots of people and international students. The maintenance was also taken care of timely when requested for and the reception staff was very friendly too.

I have been living here for two years now. The place that gives you a cozy and homely vibe. They have study room and nice cinema room to hang out and study. The place also have social events, games and other activities to keep you tact and have some time off your studies.

Recently moved into Collegelands and i must say the location is absolutely perfect and the staff is amazing. They're super friendly and helpful and a place to interact with a wide variety of people from all over the globe. Would definitely recommend this as an accommodation!!!

I moved in here September and have loved it so far. The last place I lived I waited almost three mo this to get my light fitting replaced however I reported it whilst I was drying my hair and I had maintenance at my door almost 45 minutes later with new bulbs! Nice social gatherings and a good mix of international and U.K. students. I’ve lived in three students acoms since being in Glasgow and this place is the best. The building is a bit older but all been re done so feels new. Thank you to the manager Karen for helping me with all my luggage when I checked in you are a life saver!

I can only being to describe my stay at Collegelands with three words: flexibility, understanding, and friendliness. The reception and security contacts were always willing to go above and beyond their responsibilities to accommodate exceptional requests. I only have positive comments to say about the facilities and the staff. If I were to go back to Glasgow, I would undoubtedly book with them again because it has a great environment. First, the location is just next to the city center and the Glasgow Green. Second, it has three close stores with different price ranges to do your shopping. Third, the facilities are cleaned thoroughly and constantly. If you plan on booking another accommodation, you are making a mistake by not booking a room in Collegelands. I remember some friends were not able to renew their contracts at another provider after the winter break and were left with no place to stay. The Collegelands team always made me feel welcome and cared for as they always had a great commitment to outstanding customer service and contract extensions. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Staff and security are very friendly and helpful, Ning in particular is so kind and a great receptionist. Only issue is at the start of the year there was a few problems with water e.g not running hot, or no water at all, and a couple power cuts, although this was annoying at the time after about a month there were no more issues like this. Had a great stay since then and no further issues :)

Have stayed here the last few years with the band for the World Pipe Band Championships in August and it has always been a great wee spot to stay with no complaints. And this year with the new refurbishments to the apartments (new kitchen, new sofas, bedrooms revamped) and ‘common rooms’ (small cinema room, gym, etc.) and the new shop downstairs, it was brilliant. And if anyone had any questions, the person/people at the front desk were more than happy to help. Look forward to staying here again next year.

Perfect location for Strathclyde students! Friendly and very welcoming staff! Very clean student accommodation and close to many services, like train station and Aldi! A perfect Spar exactly next to the main entrance too! Highly recommended to everyone!

Collegelands is a very decent place. The building is fully refurbished and near to everywhere (there's a mini market near to the lobby named Spar). 5 mins walk to Aldi. The staffs, Steven, Ning and Kirsty are very helpful, handy and reliable. Steven is the manager I assume, he's a reliable gentleman and helped with my issue. cheers!

We stay in Collegelands each year in August for the World Pipe Band Championships, this was our 5th year staying and we were really impressed with the new renovations - the apartments and rooms are really modern and the lighting in the bedrooms is unreal. With a newly fitted kitchen and a great kitchen table and sofas in the living room - it met all of our needs! The band also made use of the cinema room which is a fantastic room with comfortable sofas and a smart tv There is also a gym and games room on site, the staff are really friendly and accommodating! We are already looking forward to returning next year!

A really good accommodation that offers anything a university student can ask for! I have been staying here since I first came to Glasgow four years ago. Also the management team does an excellent job and they are really friendly and helpful!

Been here a few years in a row, abd it wa always just been cheap and cheerful. This uear although, the new rooms are unreal and vary tastefully designed. With the addition to a spar downstairs to what was already a pretty centralised location, i had no need to leave the premesis. I would now recommend to anyone staying in future hands down

Lived here last semester! Really basic but ok place to live. Great quiet but central location. Lively atmosphere. Management is flexible (I managed to get a short term lease!) but the staff are awful at responding to emails...

Friendly and helpful staff there. The location is nice (near city centre, supermarket and universities) and have good facilities (renovated now, become better and better). Highly recommended if you are an uni student.

(Translated) The whole facility of CL is not as good as other new student dormitories, but the advantage is that the price is very high and the location is very good. It is very convenient to live here to go to S University. It is very close to the cheapest supermarket Aldi, the largest supermarket Morrison and the Chinese Super League all in one. Nearby printing, bars, icafe for self-study, and the train station are very close. I also often walk to Glasgow Green for a run. So although there is no gym, but the sense of happiness is quite high. The staff are also very nice. Therefore, it is especially suitable for students who pursue the convenience of life and do not have high requirements for living facilities. (Original) CL的整个设施是没办法跟别的新的学生宿舍好啦，但胜在性价比挺高，地理位置很好。住这里去S大很方便，离最便宜的超市Aldi和最大的超市Morrison以及中超all in one都很近， 附近打印，酒吧，可以自习的icafe，还有火车站都很近。我也经常溜达到Glasgow Green去跑步。所以虽然没有健身房，但幸福感也是蛮高的了。员工也很nice。所以特别适合追求生活便利，对生活设施要求不高的同学。
