I have been living here since Sep 2021. My experience has been great and exciting. General manager Smruti Shah very helpful and kind. I got a very good and clean room. Plenty of space to store my bags and cloths. Kitchen is very clean with mini fridge and hot plate induction. I love here to stay.

I have been living at Central studios since September 2021. My experience here eversince has been great! The rooms have a pretty cool design and outlook with sound proof walls. I have never faced any issue with warm water in the sink or in the washroom. The team and manager are very friendly and responsive and have always stepped up to help the people living here. Smruti, the manager is probably the most accessible person I've come across and am glad that I have someone like her to rely on during my stay here. Would highly recommend this accomodation to others!

Absolutely fantastic and friendly management team, cozy rooms. Great internet speed. Very tidy surroundings. I love it here. It could be noisy sometimes, as the building is next to the road. Noisy neighbors are punished though. Also there could be some problems with fixing broken stuff, but our manager always try to solve problems as soon as possible.

Smruti is an absolutely amazing manager of the place and is constantly making sure everything is ok with all of the tenants. I’ve only been here since September and she has organised seasonal competitions and events for the students such as a Pumpkin carving competition with prizes, decorating the Christmas tree and a Christmas dinner! She always goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and she even set up a table full of fruit, tea and coffee we could help ourself to before our early morning class in case we missed breakfast. Great place !

A nice place to live, good facilities and rooms are comfortable. Very good location. The best thing about living here was Smruti (the general manager) who was always available for any issues I had. She made every morning bright and often had the place decorated for different events like Chinese New Year. Thanks Smruti for making CS Ealing feel like home!

I've lived in this accommodation since October 2020. My experience here has been rather unexciting. I was made to pay for months I did not reside in the accommodation due to the pre-set yearly tenancy. However, I thought it was very unprofessional for the accommodation to not change their dates and be more flexible due to the flying restrictions and other consequences of the pandemic. I found out I wasn't the only resident to have paid unnecessarily as well, which should've been a clear sign to the management. Aside from that, the room has been of adequate size to live in. The materials used in the furnishing of the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen are of rather cheap material, thus everything turns mouldy within a few days after cleaning. The only convenient aspect of the accommodation is its proximity to the art schools in Ealing. I recommend it if you are new to London and on your first year of university only. Lastly, had it not been for manager Giuseppina, my rating of this accommodation would be even lower. She was a great manager who brought a great energy to the building. She was always completely respectful and professional and stuck to Covid-19 measures effectively. Additionally, she gave new life to the lobby and activities room as well as managed every new problem or trouble with great speed and effectiveness. Her implementation of the new parcel spreadsheet was a great update from her part in management. Her presence and skill at her job are definitely missed.

I first moved into Central Studios Ealing in October 2020, following the evacuation of my previous accommodation: Paragon Student Lets. I had many maintenance problems when I had first moved in (a broken sink pipe and toilet seat, a shower stuck on hot temperature) and had dealt with a very rude maintenance worker who failed to do their job properly. However, Giuseppina listened to and understood my concerns and frustrations, and has consistently made an effort to rectify any issues that have come up in my stay here. She is an outgoing and positive person, and has been very dedicated to the wellbeing of all the tenants here in her time working at CSE. This has been particularly ideal at this time of Covid crisis, where I was extremely stressed at balancing my assignments with staying safe, so I am incredibly thankful for the hard work that Giuseppina did to make mine and other's stays here a safe and worthwhile experience. The accommodation here is clean and compact, the kitchenette is very user friendly and the bed comfortable, and I found it to be a very ideal environment for study and relaxation. I am also grateful for the fact I have met several of my hopeful future film collaborators in my time here!!!

Living at Central Studios Ealing after Giuseppina Solinas took on the role as Manager has been a completely different experience. She's always very welcoming and ready to help, she's improved the smoothness of every procedure regarding maintaining and parcel deliveries. She re-decorated the lobby and common room making them now homely and cozy. After her arrival, no parcel delivery was ever lost on my end. Giuseppina isn't only a great manager for our building, but also an engaging and lovely person to talk to.

Giuseppina was a ray of sunshine on a rainy day! As a manager, she made this accommodation feel like a second home during the pandemic: not just by improving the reception area functionally and aesthetically, but also by always being welcoming, smiley and ready to help. Among the many positive things she did, Giuseppina improved the systems, such as the mail collection, paying great attention to the routine maintenance, repair and replacement, which were more important than ever in times of lockdown. Giuseppina has had such a positive impact on Central Studios since joining many months ago. She drastically improved the building's appearance on the inside and streamlined systems that were very unorganised prior to her arrival - the mail collection system being a key example.

Manager David Devitt was extremely helpful throughout the process. We did most of our preliminary booking from Australia. David organised a smooth move in and helped us establish our daughter in her studio. Very happy with the maintenance man David Watson as well, a great team. These studios are perfectly located within walking to uni, Met Film school and all the amenities you need.
