I’ve been at chancellors for about a year now and I’ve loved it! Location, friendly staff with good opportunities for students! The flats are very homely and of good standard with a few imperfections but nothing at all to truly complain about! If you’re a student looking to move to Fallowfield I’d recommend it everytime! Me and my flat mate are staying on for another year!

I have lived in Chancellors Court, Manchester for the past 2 years in two different flats. It is a very clean and well maintained accommodation with really helpful staff that are on hand to help anytime you need. All of the facilities that I have used have worked extremely well and I have never had any major issues. Room sizes are great, with lots of furniture provided for storage. It is very secure with fob entry at multiple doors before you get to your own flat door. Its very well located with a big supermarket on the same road and the bus route at the end of the road. The staff are happy to accept deliveries on your behalf at their office so there is no worry about missing a delivery.

Lived here 2 full years and never had a problem. Any maintenance issues have been resolved on the day if not the next. Internets fast and reliable. Great location, not far from main bus route, supermarket, bars and takeaways. Room sizes are decent and comfortable with all the main furniture and appliances you'd expect. Office staff are friendly. Fob entry so it feels more secure. Recommended some friends to live here as well and they like it too.

Great accommodation, ideal for students as its close to bus stops and shops as well as pubs and restaurants. The staff are all lovely and so helpful. The apartments are clean, spacious and well kept. Any maintenance issues reported are dealt with within a week tops. I've re-booked for another year. Definitely recommend. :)

The fact I have lived in, and indeed returned to, Chancellors Court for 3 years now, summarises my deeply rooted fondness for the apartment complex. It is perfect for students, with the rooms and living areas being spacious, comfortable and homely. However, it is the staff who really make Chancellors Court an enjoyable place to live. Whether it be Alan's unending smile, or Ian's cheerful welcome, it is Mezzino's everyday faces which make it special. I have had the best 3 years here and I would highly recommend it to any student. 10/10.

I lived here during my third year at uni I was impressed by how quick and easy it was to acquire a flat here. Chancellors Court is a great location situated on Moseley Road in Fallowfield with lots of pubs, bars and shops to suit all needs. The staff are very professional and friendly, dealing with any issues swiftly. The rooms are all of good size as well as offering a spacious living room and kitchen. I would reccomend this accomodation to anyone who would like to move to the Fallowfield area .

I have lived here for two years and would have happily stayed again if I wasn't graduating. Perfect accommodation for the more mature students as the design is more young professional than student giving it a more homely feel. I always felt safe and secure in this accommodation due to multiple doors and locks to get into each building/apartment/room. Every issue has been dealt with in a timely manner (such as light bulb replacements and even a whole boiler replacement was done ASAP and staff communicated this clearly with us). Office staff have always been friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend Chancellors Court enough!

Highly recommend, been here 2 years and signed up for my third. Flats are clean, welcoming and warm. Double glazing & heating is a rare feature in this price bracket. Well furnished but are very happy to remove items for you if you prefer your own. Repairs are always carried out within a few days of you reporting it and staff are extremely friendly. Not looking forward to moving out.

I have been living in this accommodation for a year now (renewing it for 2020) and I have not had issues with it. Reading the negative reviews and all I can say is don't listen to them. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it would get sorted on the same day or first thing in the morning. Not once has the office been rude or unprofessional, they have been very good with all the tenants and dealt with any issues straight away. This student accommodation is really good and affordable, with safe parking and CCTV across all buildings. Bills and WIFI all included so never have to worry about that. Yes, there sometimes the gates stopped working but it gets fixed on the same day. Just come view the properties and see how you feel rather than listening to the negative reviews as from what I can see they are all lies, if they were true I wouldn't be renewing the tenancy for next year. Because it sounds to me that those negative reviews are the people that either never lived in any of the properties or they didn't allow the maintenance guy to fix their issue and looking for attention.

Lived in Chancellors Court for 3 years now after coming out of halls. The apartments are modern and spacious with all bills included, the carpark is gated with key fob access which is perfect if you are planning on bringing your car to uni. The maintenance team are always quick to resolve any issues within the flat and the team in the office are very approachable. If you're looking for somewhere in Fallowfield that is a level up from the usual student housing I'd highly recommend Mezzino.

Stayed here for my 2nd and 3rd year of university and I have had no problems with them. The staff are helpful, location is perfect for student life and the compound is very safe, unlike certain areas of Manchester. Would strongly recommend.

Never had a problem staying here. Good facilities to keep my car, and was able to get a ground floor flat to help with my dodgy leg. Internet is really good and solid, not drafts either as the heating is well behaved. Maintenance is usually very fast so all in all a nice place. I'll be sad to leave

Flat is in a great location, close to everything, good size, and everything was clean and up to a good standard of living, any complaints were dealt with quickly. Lived in chancellors for 2020 and the beginning of 2021, the flat is spacious and the rooms are the perfect size for a student. You a gated parking are, which is ideal for students bringing their car to Manchester, it also adds an extra layer of security. I am very pleased with Mezzino.

Thoroughly enjoyed living at Mezzino Chancellors Court for the past 2 years for a number of reasons. Firstly the apartments are spacious (especially the kitchen area). The location is ideal due to the close connection to the Oxford road bus stops. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful (especially as there's a 24h emergency on-call resident co-ordinator to call if there is an issue). Finally, it's a gated area accessed by fobs and so it helps bolster the security giving peace of mind. All in all if I were to be staying in Manchester I wouldn't hesitate to rebook. Definitely recommend.

After living here for just under three months, comparing this to the halls I had last year, chancellors court is by far the better accommodation. The Kitchen, rooms and living area are of a good size. The maintenance team are always helpful when fixing occasional things that go wrong, for example I needed a curtain rail put up in my room as it got too light in the mornings, this was done within the week I asked. It does have small problems but everywhere else we looked was the same.

Chancellors court to me is a good value for money place to live in a popular location among students. As anyone could expect a few minor issues have risen here and there along my year stay, but all of these issues were resolved quickly once notified. The staff have always been friendly and helpful in every instance I have been in contact with them with a multitude of things; personally I have found this to be very beneficial during my stay. I would recommend Chancellors Court to anyone looking for a good value for money place to stay in Fallowfield.

The flat is a good size, with an especially big kitchen which is nice. Great location in the centre of fallowfield, near to Sainsbury’s and the bus stop. Would gladly stay here again if I wasn’t graduating, would recommend.

I would highly recommend Chancellors court in Manchester to any students looking for accommodation, it’s in a great location near a big Sainsbury’s ,all bus stops going to universities/city centre and near all bars and restaurants in Fallowfield. Apartments are all very modern and spacious and come in a gated community with key fob access making it very secure unlike some student houses in the area. Staff are very friendly and are available pretty much all the time, especially the maintenance guy Alan , an absolute top bloke, he cannot do enough for you and aims to get any problems dealt with as soon as possible.Never had any major issues living here and have done so for 3 years.

Over the course of the January period, we experienced a severe downpour, especially in Manchester. This caused a flood in my apartment due to a heavy leakage from the boiler overflowing with water. This resulted in the boiler having to be switched off, meaning no hot water or heating. This coincided with it snowing as well so I was quite distressed. However, the Mezzino team provided me with numerous heaters as well as hot water facilities and managed to resolve the issue in timely fashion. The rapid response to the situation meant that the boiler was up and running with a matter of days. The team handled the situation excellently, especially due to the impact of Covid-19. Thank you to Ian and the team as without you guys, I would still be without a functioning boiler in the middle of winter!

The mezzino staff are very warm and welcoming and if there ever was a problem with the flat they made sure that the issue was resolved quickly. The flat we stayed in was good and I’ve enjoyed my year living in Fallowfield with Mezzino.
