Place under total refurbishements. It will be nice when finished. All roms incl kitchens will be refurbished to higher standards. New heating system. 1st phase will available in next month. All works will be done by the August next year 2021

Really nice accommodation! The rooms are lovely and clean and newly refurbished, your deliveries are left at reception so they’re safe until you want to collect them and the staff are so lovely and have really great communication and are so helpful!

Fantastic job! My parcels were delivered safely and in a timely fashion. It’s really great that they are kept safe at reception and that I am notified when they arrive. I also have the freedom to collect my parcels whenever I’m ready. Great stuff guys , well done and thank you!

Stayed here for 2 years in the Silver room. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Silver room has plenty of space and is very stylish. Lots of storage space for whatever you have. In such a good location. Lidl, tesco, poundland, whetherspoons, chicken shops and more within a 1 minute walk of the accommodation.

The staff are absolutely friendly ever since I moved in. They handle everything very well and are well informative with daily emails and notices. My room was in an impeccable state when I moved in. I plan to stay here for another year or so!

I enjoyed my stay with dwell this semester. The whole team was very professional and helpful, especially Dave, Katie. It was one of the student accommodations that was very flexible with extending contract after a short term stay. They are renewing all the rooms soon, as a plus.

Stayed in a "Mars" room I believe. The room was a good size with a huge desk and enough space for all my possessions. Had ensuite which was nice. Some probelms with noise as I was near the main road, though not too bad. Good view from my room. There were no lifts, so be prepared for a climb if you're at the top. Staff were polite and helpful as a rule. Got our problems sorted: finnicky doorknob, weirdly loud boiler were the only issues. Though I feel the price was a little high.

This accommodation is okay. - There is a significant pest issue and some noisey neighbours - Staff at reception are rude + Maintenance is always relatively quick at fixing issues within the property.

Cant really fault room layout (although for the price paid a queen/ double bed would be ideal). The fridge and freezer are not big enough for 4 people to do a weekly shop. The kitchen/ seating area makes the place, couches are kinda uncomfy but granted theres two flats in every kitchen cant expect msv to sort recliners out for everybody. My two big criticisms are 1. The rats/ mice. Being so close to curry mile i guess its expected, not sure how much can be done- but almost everybody I has spoken to has encountered mice in their flats and theres some huuuuuge rats that ive seen in the car park. 2. The options for bicycle storage are pathetic. Not enough space and no cover from the rain at all so expect your bike to be knackered and rusty after a year here. The staff are the first to complain if they see that you are taking a bike up to your flat regardless of the fact that ive seen expensive looking D-Locks that have been hacked open on the floor, and many front wheels have been taken from bikes too.

Flat is a good size for what I pay, was lucky enough to get good flat mates and staff have been very helpful with any issues I have had. Would highly recommend for students!
