was a great stay last year, friendly staff and any issues with the flat were sorted in no time. a short walk away from the metro station and all at a very reasonable price for what it is, has plenty of places to shop at and explore nearby aswell.

A nice dorm with reasonable price. It's just 5 mins walk from south gosforth metro and bus station, so you can easily reach anywhere in newcastle from here. Haven't had an issue with security or emergency situation. Once I had the fire alarm blaring in my flat, it only took 10 mins to have the officers arrive to my place.

The accommodation itself is lovely. However, some of the staff that manage this place are awful. Me and my friends had endless problems over minor things and we're made to feel terrible. The manager there is nothing but a bully.
