Son stays there for university. The room has everything that is needed. WiFi can be a bit hit and miss. It is close to the University and the town

The facility is a nicely set out place rooms are OK (small) but the actual flats are quite nice however my daughter stayed for one term the problems were constant no water for days on several occasions without warning and wait for it!!! They supplied each flat with A bottle of water 1 bottle of water for 6 people. Also over Xmas holidays my daughter received an email saying she had caused flooding to the flat below...whilst she was at home... Then an apology email stating it was the plumbing to her shower causing the leak so upset and anxious at home over Xmas when it was nothing to do with her... An apology wasn't enough so yeah the place is OK quite nice the management are terrible also still waiting for her security deposit to be refunded when she's been home since beginning of June and we are now middle of August!! Bad management and terrible support services Just be careful 😠

My son's flat is just immaculate. Everything he needs on his door step. The lady helping us move our son was so helpful and friendly a delight to lighten the mood. A couple of young men helped with the bags so helpful.

Best staff I have ever had for student accommodation, but on the whole the property quite dirty as students don't tend to respect common space, especially corridors can be filthy after party nights. The rubbish deposal area is really filthy. I slept very poorly throughout the year, as windows can hardly be opened, and plenty of noise (can hear every door open and slam from the corridor, and people talking in the courtyard, but on the plus side you cannot hear noise from next-door neighbhours). The atmosphere seems charged electrically too (cheap construction materials?). It quickly gets very stuffy in the rooms and kitchens, since windows only open like 5cm. On the plus side you won't EVER be cold. Overpriced for quality. Rooms otherwise comfortable. Potential to be improved greatly.

Student accommodation with en-suite facilities. The people are great, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are easy to make homely with just a few touches, and facilities are easy to access.
