The University quarter is an exemplary student accommodation illustrated through their desire to “go the extra mile” for student with enthusiastic, friendly and inclusive approach in attending to each and every aspect of their residents needs. UQ provides a cost effective; secure; enjoyable; fun and memorable residence, evident in its gated facilities and vast opportunities to engage with existing residents in their BBQs; seasonal events; breakfast clubs and competitions to enhance the residential experience and encourage new found friendships. UQ also provides optional extras such as their UQ jumper; water bottle; Easter eggs and Valentine’s Day gifts as a warming touch to the accommodation. The university quarter has also pledged its dedication in supporting climate change and sustaining environmentally friendly living, Illustrated in the Recent Easter (2022) with options to either have an Easter egg or to plant a tree. The UQ team are a friendly, approachable and compassionate team consisting of Holly, Jarred, Lee and Steve. The team has a great mannerisms, attitude and attentiveness in supporting students especially in alleviating stresses and concerns throughout the stay. I would like to make a special consideration to Holly, Jarred and Lee for supporting my diverse residential requirements and I would like to thank and commend them in their efficiency’s and attentiveness in making sure I had the best stay possible. This therefore has resulted in signing up for a further year with UQ as I proceed into my 3rd and final year of my degree. I would also like to make a special mention to Holly has been a great asset to UQ, providing excellent organisation especially when signing the contract and taking great care to show us round my room prior to signing in bid to eliminate any concerns. You all have been amazing! I cannot recommend this accommodation enough with its fantastic facilities that make your stay amazing.

Lived at UQ for 2 years and is genuinely one of the best student accommodations. Really affordable rent prices even includes parking facilities. The management go out their way to help tenants with breakfast clubs and competitions, feel like part of a family! Handyman Steve is especially helpful with broken keys

This year was my first year living at UQ, and i’ve just signed to stay here next year! The staff are unbeatable, and are on-hand always to help you with anything & everything. The accommodation is gated, has parking, and has so many perks! There’s often events that the UQ team hold for tenants such as BBQs and Breakfast Clubs, whereby you can meet other students, as well as get some free food & drink :) Steve, the maintenance man, is fantastic. He takes every student on like one of his own, and is happy to help with all of your concerns. I’d definitely recommend UQ accommodation.

The team at UQ are fab! So extremely friendly and helpful. Lee and Steve have been amazing in helping with any Maintenance Issues over the last year in which I have lived with UQ (at Trent View). Holly and the rest of the UQ team are just as lovely, and are always willing to go out of their way to help. The little extras thrown in are also extremely appreciated, such as a choice of an Easter Egg or to Plant a Tree for Easter, Sweets for Valentines Day, and many other little bits! But even without these, living with UQ was made so easy and enjoyable by the team - with communication always being super quick. Highly recommend staying with UQ! :)

Want student accommodation for an affordable price with a homely feel then this is where you need to be!!! The security, friendliness of staff and students is unbeatable. The best part about it is, how far the company go to ensure we have the best time with perks such as bbqs, social events, Halloween competitions and many more!! Special shout out to Steve the maintenance man he is incredible, you can quite literally count on him for everything and he will always go above and beyond. Holly is also incredible as she makes sure everything is sorted out and accommodates to everyone’s needs with such an understanding mannerism which is so comforting. UQ Nottingham are amazing and everyone should experience the memories and fun I have in the past 2 years with this company!

Lived here for 2 years and staying for another. 100% reccommend for any students looking for accommodation around nottingham. The staff at UQ are fantastic, they’re always going out of their way to host events and competitions for every occasion, which is the perfect way to interact with other flats / houses. In particular the maintenance man, Steve, at UQ has been unbeatable in the 2 years I’ve lived here. He has consistently been there to help and respond to any concerns tenants has as soon as he is informed on them.

I’ve been with UQ for 2 academic years and have enjoyed living at their student accommodations. From the beginning I’ve always received a warm welcome and lots of help if I needed to reach out for anything. The staff at UQ are efficient when dealing with queries and also friendly, including the very helpful maintenance crew. You can expect the best student service with this company and I’m looking forward to spending my last academic year with them again. If you want an easy going time at University I would highly recommend UQ because they provide excellent student service.

Best letting agency in Nottingham. Always available for maintenance and have even come in on days off when we needed our radiators fixing. Steve & Lee are especially helpful & I could not recommend UQ enough. Our cleaner is also brilliant and the gated houses we live in our very secure & also easy to receive parcels at. 5/5 ⭐️ Highly Recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

Stayed at UQ Nottinghams Royal Albert Court location this year and I was baffled with how amazing it was. The price is more than affordable for the flats and houses that they provide for you, the distance from NTU is literally minute (it takes 10 mins to walk there), the staff of UQ hold street parties like the Halloween BBQ and the Tiki Bar (free alcohol 😉) and it's a safe, gated community with a car park. I can only speak for the flats when it comes to living there but I will say that I thoroughly enjoyed living in RAC12 and it made me proud to invite my friends over since it was a very nice looking accommodation. Steve, the maintenance man, is an absolute legend. He takes every single person that lives in UQ under his wing, and is happy to help with all of your concerns. Really sad that we couldn't continue the tenancy but we wish the UQ massive a great rest of 2022 and further!! Massive recommendation!!!

This will be my 3rd year staying at UQ and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone goes all out to make you feel comfortable and they host multiple events for the students including BBQs. Steve the maintenance man is always reliable and on hand to help. The team are amazing!
