I would highly recommend Student Rooms 4 U. They always respond quickly to any queries that we have. They are very helpful and always listen to any request that we have. Our house is nicely decorated and comes with basic appliances. The monthly inspections allow us to communicate any concerns or issues that we have. Everyone is very approachable and friendly. I have had a very positive experience and I have chosen to live with them again next year!

I had a very positive experience with this student letting agency and I have chosen it for another year! The staff provides an amazing service. They are very friendly and approachable and very quick in responding to emails/resolving any issues at all times. Richard (maintenance) is always very kind and helpful when it comes to fixing anything. The monthly inspections conducted by the staff provide a great opportunity for addressing any concerns. I would highly recommend Student rooms 4 U to anyone looking for student accommodation. They provide a great service and are quick to respond/ resolve any issues we may have in the house. The friendly staff conduct a monthly inspection allowing us to communicate any issues. The virtual tours offer an accurate representation of the house meaning we weren't disappointed when we saw it in person. The house is nicely decorated and basic appliances are provided. My experience with student rooms 4 U has been very positive, I have chosen to stay with them another year!

Student rooms 4 u is an amazing student accommodation company. They are really responsive with emails so any issues throughout the year have been resolved quickly. Utility bills are included in the room rental price which is a massive bonus as it’s easy to coordinate with fellow flatmates without causing quarrels. The team are lovely and during the monthly inspection visits are always up for a chat and listen to any issues. They also have parking available near by which is the cheapest for the area with security cameras so you can rest assured your car is safe. I would highly recommend them as an accommodation company for new or returning students.

Studentrooms4u has been a really good company to work with when finding a student house after halls. They are quick at replying to emails and are always happy to help or send someone out if there are any issues. The house is very nice and comes with all the main utilities that one might need.
