s. t.This is a nice accommodation, with new facilities and good location. Particularly, I really appreciate the excellent work of Kelly, our manager here. She is one of the most kind and helpful people I've ever met. For example, when the laundry machines were broken, she helped with everyone's laundry in the whole building for a few weeks. Imagine how much work it is to collect, clean, dry, fold and return dozens of laundry bags! But Kelly managed to do these efficiently for every student, always giving us a smile! She has always been responsive, friendly and has a great sense of humour. Kelly makes the stay here a very pleasant experience, even during a hard pandemic period.

J. W.I Stayed here for the second year of my degree at the University of Southampton. The Bank has very modern, well-equipped and spacious rooms and a good location for shopping or accessing other parts of Southampton. The triple glazed windows also keep the room quiet when needed in this location. I had a comfortable stay, greatly helped by the friendly manager Kelly, Highly recommended!
G.One of the most decent accommodations in Southampton. The location is perfect and you can find everything around. The building is clean, new and has all the necessary facilities (laundry, common areas etc.). The flats are cozy, beautiful and ideal for everyone. The manager of the building (Kelly) is amazing, friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this accommodation!!!
S. A.The Bank is truly a great place to stay during uni! I choose this student accommodation for my first year of uni and really enjoyed it. The building is brand new and modern. The facilities are great and include a proper gym room and hangout area with TV etc. Another thing which is really great about The Bank is the fact that our building manager Kelly is available to answer/help you out with most things. She's a friendly face and has been a massive help through the pandemic.
M. S.The Bank is a brand-new student accommodation in the city centre of Southampton. I am staying here for my Masters degree and have loved my experience so far. The studio rooms have all modern facilities, are spacious and mine has a lovely view of the city. The communal areas involve a study area, a TV room which is very cosy, a laundry and a gym room. One of the best things about this accommodation is its prime location. The bus stop is literally opposite the road which comes in very handy to catch the UniLink buses (to the University of Southampton). Being on high street and 5 minutes from the West Quay Shopping Centre also add to the convenience this accommodation has to offer. Lastly the building manager Kelly Bardell is an extremely helpful person. She's a warm, friendly face to talk to and has definitely made the lockdown period easier.
