Staying in a student house of 6 beds. I really like it. The people arr very nice and helpfull if you need anything. In this exact house there id no elevaitor, only stairs and thats ok for me. Beds are slightly hard but nothing an extra mattress cant fix. Rooms are a decent size maybe around 8-9 square meters. Very smart vay of solving the room space. I share bath with 1 more person. Small bathroom with shower, toielet and sink. Very close to allot of stores. Grocery stores right over the road, ikea about 30 min walk, Solent university 8 minutes, primark and the city centrum 16 minutes walk. Allot of parkes close by as well.

When you're up late working through the night and miserably ordering in, always count on Paul to cheer you even if its just during those few seconds of "the walk of shame" (carrying your pizza in at 4am). Very friendly guy! Cheerful and polite. Great accommodation overall and great team!

The place is amazing for either short or long staying. Facilities are brilliant (even include a gym!), and staff even more - especially Mary & Paul, the receptionists. Paul makes an effort even to ask residents e.g. if the lifts are working properly or temperature in the gym is ok! Mary is like godmother, always chatty, great vibe, fun, helped me a lot when my swipe card didn't work. Almost like godparents, or good auntie&uncle, they really care.Highly recommended place!

Accomodation is decent. Can take time to gets things fixed again but the staff are great. Especially Paul who's always up for a chat and makes sure everything is going good. Thanks for all the chats we have had and the support you offered. Much appreciated Paul.

Crescent Place is an amazing place to live, great location and the facilities are brilliant, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to live. Mary is the most efficient , kind and helpful member of staff and she always greets me with a welcoming smile. Would definitely recommend any future students to stay here!

The best student halls in southampton, up to date rooms, fully working gym, laundry and social areas. All the staff are amazing but a special shout out to Paul for always looking out for us and for Charlotte for always being warm and welcoming. Will recommend to everyone

Located bang in the middle of the city two minutes away from Southampton Solent Uni. All bills are included plus it has a new on site gym is available! Great 24hr team of staff always there to help. One staff member who is very helpful is Mary! She sets a nice friendly secure atmosphere for students and is always there to help!

It’s a great place to live so I had to be quite picky with finding negatives. Staff can either be extremely helpful/polite or quite the opposite, although it’s usually the former. Water pressure is very low for hot water, the shower basically dribbles on me on the 12th floor. There’s been a smell from under the sink due to a disgusting previous tenant, a plumber has visited but it’s still lingering. And finally the lifts seem to break a lot. Other than that, great value (especially for dual occupancy), mostly friendly staff, decent communal areas, cosy shelter for smoking area, plenty of storage space, all bills included, easy rent payment, excellent location.

Great place for people traveling as a group. Well maintained, neat and clean place to be. 👍 I liked the layout of the apartment we booked, 4 twin sharing rooms and a common space to chill. Would considering booking this place again on my next visit.

I'm a regular guest of a student that lives here and find the building to be clean and safe. The gym and laundry rooms are very tidy, and Paul (a staff member) is always helpful and cheerful, no matter the hour of night.

Great accommodation. It has several brand new social spaces (such as a gym, common room and study room) included in the price, which tbf is one of the cheapest around. It is around 5 mins from Solent uni and also close to the centre and any supermarket. In addition, regarding other comments/reviews I've read here, I had no problem with the heat or being too hot during the whole year, so I guess that issue has been sorted out. Overall, really nice experience. I would totally recommend this place.

Been here a week it's ok, my main issue which I didn't realise before I moved in is that I would get a non opening window with air con (not great) in the room. the staff however are great and great to have a chat with escpecially the night staff
