Only recently moved in but the suites are perfect for what I need, they're really nicely sized and come with everything new or returning students may need at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend, as it's easy enough to find and not too far from the campus. The people working here have helped tons with any issues I've come across and respond to emails very quickly. The rooms are all extremely well kept, clean and nicely furnished. All in All, worth the money, especially for what you're getting.

I'm a young professional and I lived at Carlton for 6 months in one of the flats. Great facilities, quick responses to any issues raised, and a fair price for what is available. I loved the brickwork inside the flat too! Location is also brilliant, close to pretty much everything and lovely local pubs a short walk away.

I have been renting with Carlton Suites since 2015 till date, their accommodation quality is 1st to none because they always try their best to provide value for money and always available to deal with any query; even during their closing hours. Don't think twice before renting with Carlton Suites. Everything is bills inclusive and it makes your life easier. Very reliable people and they always have your best interest at heart. I have not been a student for 4 years now but the still accommodate me as it's part of their requirements. Awesome

I have worked at the property and stayed at Carlton Suites. The student rooms are larger than the average student halls of residence, the WIFI was upgraded last year, and it's close to the university and train station. I enjoyed living here as an apprentice it was convenient, quiet and spacious compared to other options.

Carlton is a great place to live - spacious, secure, clean and in a perfect location for Staffs Uni students! Just a short walk from the rail station and local food shops is an extra bonus! Staff are very friendly and always cater to individual needs. Rooms are great with lots of space and nice interior designs. Any problems with room maintenance are always solved quickly. I've thoroughly enjoyed living in Carlton for a year and look forward to another year there. Would definitely recommend to any students looking for a safe, friendly, affordable and overall welcoming environment to live in.

Final year student at Staffs living at Wesley Suites the newest student accommodation which is a part of the Carlton Suites group. A 10 min walk from my university and the Stoke-On-Trent rail station, very nice looking, spacious and secure accommodation. I love the fact that it is extremely warm as it gets very cold in the winter and you get two rooms including an en-suite, one study room with a desk and a sofa bed and fridge and the other a bedroom with more than enough closet space! I love living here as it is great value for money and personally for me as I can't stand to study in the library with all the noisy students, so having my own quiet study with a mini fridge is great as I can study in peace and in the comfort of my own surroundings. Not to mention all bills and laundry facilities are included! Definitely a 10/10 for me. The best and most affordable accommodation in stoke by far!

Rooms are much larger than any other student accommodation within the Stoke area and the price is unbeatable. They have there own maintenance manager who deals with any problems within 24 hours. The accommodation is situated within a short walk to Staffordshire university. Plus I must add, the LAUNDRY is free to use!

I have been in Carlton suites for two years now and i have enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is the best accommodation in stoke and you definitely get value for the money. Carlton is all a student needs to be comfortable away from home. it is a very cosy, safe and practical, compared to a regular student hall it's miles better. All flats are safe and secured with keys. You get free washing and personal locked space in the kitchen. I love my en suite room: having a shared kitchen is great for spending time with my great roommates but having an en suite allows me never to leave my room if I feel so inclined.The location could not have been better, about 5 minutes walk from uni and stoke station. The manager is superb and deals with maintenance issues within 24 hrs. he is always willing to help me with any enquiries . Carlton has been an enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend a friend. I have rebooked here for next year as I have found my stay here trouble free and excellent value for money. Anyone looking for accommodation should definitely check this place out.

I can confidently say that this is the best student accommodation in stoke. You get a personal study room and a bedroom with an en-suite for the price of one en-suite room in Keele University accommodation. The landlord is flexible and extremely welcoming. I managed to negotiate a summer rate for the room at Carlton Suites too. Big plus especially if you are planning on staying for the summer holidays to work in the area. The location is also very close to the bus route to Keele University. Everything is included in the rent. As a student myself, I would definitely recommend you check out this accommodation.

Price-performance ratio is perfect.It is the best student accommodation in Stoke. You get a personal study room, a bedroom with an en-suite and a bathroom. Only a 7 minute walk to Stoke campus. Numerous shopping-facilities are around (Sainsbury´s, Lidll, Morrisons). A carpark is available. Everything is included in the rent. As a student myself, I would definitely recommend you to choose Carlton Suites. It is even the best choice for international students. The landlord and his team are very friendly and cooperative. For students from Eurolands it is possible to pay the rent in Euros.

Staying here for my postgrad year. In a great location, really close to the uni, the rooms are also a lot bigger than i expected! Big kitchen and has free laundry facilities which is great.

Lived here during my final year of university and can honestly say I enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was clean and if there was ever a problem someone would come and sort it straight away. I felt safe living here, the location was very close to staffs uni and I was so sad to leave. Would recommend it to any students in Stoke.

Great for students moving to the local area, only took my 5 mins to walk to my lectures and the rooms have really nice bare brick walls at the back. The staff were also really nice and easy to communicate with, had no issues.

Better than in uni halls, get free wash n dryer. Often quiet, secure. Cons - outside area isn't nice, internet isn't great and near the end of my contract stuff stopped working and didnt get fixed for ages.
