What can I say about Ashwood? One word, AMAZING. From the welcome you get the minute you walk through the door to the nursing staff and vets, I wouldn't want Fudge to go anywhere else. They love her so much and she loves them too. Fudge had an unexpected procedure today and I knew she was in great hands. Thanks to Niall and the team for everything 💗🐾

Are little pet Charlie got his teeth cleaned at Ashwoods we where as most great pet owners would be greatly concerned about anesthesia, they contacted us through each process including pictures before and after, it certainly made us feel a lot more reassured. Great guys and many thanks.

Ashwood is a breath of fresh Air! Proper old school attitude, with a thankfully young staff. I hope they'll be there for many years to come. Last time was Patrick, full of praise for our elder dog, this time Niall, who displayed the patients of a Saint, with our young Collie..... Wish I'd changed to them years ago. Always made welcome when you come for a visit. Shep just makes himself at home and tries to help whoever is looking after him. This time he tried to help Niall and Bex. Got plenty of cuddles from them too. Great vets with lovely kind staff.

Despite not feeling great today, our dog still displayed her usual enthusiasm on arriving at the vets! The beautiful Kelly, at Reception, welcomed her (& us!) warmly & with concern that Holly wasn't her usual self. She knows her so well - as do the rest of the staff! So no surprise at all when vet Louise, who was meeting Holly for the first time, showed great gentleness checking Holly over yet also the ability to be gently firm (as was necessary) when an (uncomfortable) injection was needed. We left feeling reassured and with a "Just phone if you're concerned - any time" on our way out. Thanks guys. Great atmosphere and great practising care shown at a great practice.☺️

All the staff at Ashwood have been amazing whilst providing care for my dogs. One of my dogs has an ongoing health issue and they have been so supportive to us and provide us with the best care possible for him when he is in need. They go out of their way to help and also follow up with phone calls and appointments to make sure everything is OK! Would be lost without them! Amazing team!

Ashwood's are a caring and professional practice. There is no hard sell here, treatment options are explained and your given the choice on how you wish to proceed. All the members of staff are friendly and will give advice on a range of subjects from dietary needs for you pet through to that final visit where the staff are very respectful and supportive. We have lost 2 of our best friends in the last couple of years and Ashwood's were amazing with helping us through a tough situation. With our current Pup they have given her medicals, immunisation and ongoing worming and tick and flea treatment and helped he when she got a runny tummy. I can't recommend them enough hence the five stars.

Ashwood is a fantastic veterinary clinic. The owner Patrick is a true professional and clearly in it for the love and not just the money,his genuine concern for animals shines through and seems to have hired a team that follows his own ideals as any vet I've met at Ashwood is enthusiastically caring and more than happy to any questions and concerns. My dog was already registered with Ashwood by his previous owner and I planned to move him to a vet closer to where I live but after seeing the fantastic treatment he received for a cruciate ligament injury,I happily decided to keep him at Ashwood and make the drive to Dundonald. It's rare to find such a modern professional vets thats genuinely honest and reasonably priced. Thanks

A big thank you to Niall and Anna for the level of diligence admistered to McDuff during his recent operation and to all the nursing staff for the cuddles and hugs he is making a great recovery. It is a stressful time when your pet has to undergo an operation but thanks to Niall I was equipped with knowledge which enabled me to make educated decision .Once again thank you Ashwood I am happy to announce Mr McDuff is back to his cheeky bossy self again.
