Amazing place! Well organised and lovely staff. Met our new fur baby today and made us all feel so welcome.

My neighbours cat was in a critical state late one evening and I rushed there not knowing where else to go, a vet who was just driving out at the end of her shift promptly abandoned her car to tend to the poor cat, her and the other lady there were amazing, had to put him to sleep but he would have had to suffer for a long time if they didn't help that night x

I did go into animal section. Just to drop off blankets etc. The office/waiting area was clean and nice. Large carpark. Can only go via appointments I believe.

Absolutely fantastic! We adopted a 5 year old cat from the rspca and they have been really great. The adoption process is very thorough which is really important to make sure you are matched to an animal that you can make the appropriate commitment too. They charge an adoption fee which is very reasonable considering the amount of time, energy and money spent on the animal before you take them into your care. The staff have been really responsive, helpful and caring.

I had to wait an hour outside before I was seen with an injured bird. An emergency came in so I understand I had to wait but many veterinary nurses, who were leaving for home, reassured me that someone was on the way. When I briefly spoke to a vet, who was talking to the people who came after me with the emergency, I politely asked when I would be seen and she said that no one informed her I was waiting. I pressed the buzzer again saying it had been an hour and that I was getting cold and I was told I could wait in my car but I was worried that if I did that I'd be forgotten about altogether. Eventually, after an hour and fifteen minutes, a staff member came out and said I could leave the box with the injured bird in the lobby.

We're supposed to come twice to collect a bird we saved and didn't turn up on both times we had to take care feed him and find another rescue place that would take him

Friendly efficient very grateful for the clean linen, pillows, blankets and sheepskin for the sick animals. I feel that some benefit will come of these from my late mom's house. She lived till 101years and adored animals especially dogs and cats. She rescued many in her lifetime and would tell people off for hurting them. She would be honoured to help the RSPCA. Omg what a fantastic caring work team couldn't believe we had to carry dog to door as she was in to much pain to walk we thought it would be the end of her life after taking her to clent hills and they quoted 900 pounds minimum but wanted 500 up front to do a scan Couldn't afford this so went for second opinion at R s p c a frankly Within 20 minutes the young lady came out with dog walking by her side like a miracle The miracle also the cost only 48 pounds for painkillers and injection dog doing brilliantly Now who really puts pets before money.. Thank you and all your staff

Set in lovely peaceful countryside. All staff we encountered were friendly. The whole place is immaculately CLEAN. The pens had inside and outside quarters. The cats had plenty toys and scratch posts to keep them occupied. All animals had beds inside and outside beds. At reception there is a small shop SELLING gongs, pet toys, treats, RSPCA Diaries £3.99 or £1.50 each. The lady on reception was very attentive despite being busy answering the phone. I would have loved to homed all the animals there. They are doing a fantastic job here make a donation to support this vital work.

My dog was very poorly and they treated her straight away spent a long time examining and talking everything through absolutely great . The next day the nurse phoned to make sure she was improving and to check if I needed anything to help. My dog is back to her old self . I would recommend the RSPCA to everyone with a pet.

Picked up very quickly and the customer service was spot on as the advisor knew what she was talking about and was very helpful. Its good to know that the well being of the animals of our city is taken seriously.
