Lovely, friendly staff however check up appointments are a bit expensive in comparison to other vets and you aren’t even allowed inside. I don’t drive so I have to wait outside which isn’t convenient. It would be better if I can come inside and comfort my cat during the check up and talk to the vet face to face instead of over the phone. Overall good though 👍🏻

My pet is not part of the vet service yet the vets were still happy to see her (turned down at many other places). Reception staff on the phone and in person were extremely friendly and helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful and reassured me with their friendly and positive attitudes. The vet that saw my cat was extremely helpful in explaining the procedures done and reassured us a lot. The price point was a lot cheaper than expected which is greatly appreciated. Overall a pleasant (as can be) experience and there was no negatives I can find. Will definitely be looking more into registering both of my pets here as the service was excellent.

Matthew at reception is always very friendly and accommodating. The vet was also very helpful in both dealing with my dogs small glands and diagnosing issues with my dogs eating. Vets for pets at Quinton always are able to see my dog if there is a problem and I am grateful for their service.

My Yorkshire Terrier is 20months old now had 2 seasons already because of lockdown and she had to wait for 3 months before we could get her Neutered and ytiday she had it done her. They allowed her there she got plenty of cuddles and I am very Happy with her care she got from them. They are so caring mot like other vets we have used in the past. Being a first time dog mom I was really nervous and they were great at explaining things. Only thing I would change is being able to go into the vet with my dog wearing a mask rather than wait outside. Super happy with the team there though and I know Tilly will be looked after x

They’re always so friendly, helpful and professional. They explain everything clearly and patiently. I’m very grateful to them, as due to my fixed working schedule, I can’t make weekday appointments so they made an exception to fit my cat in for his annual health check and vaccinations. Also, my cat has quite bad anxiety when travelling despite the short distance and me using calming sprays so tends to soil himself every time, but the staff are always so understanding and kindly clean him up before giving him back to me. Thank you so much!

I've been using this practice for 3 years and every visit has been a positive experience. The front of house staff always go above and beyond to help us in what is often a stressful time. Myself and my cats are always welcomed with kindness and respect. The vets explain any treatments in a clear and concise manner and offer sound advice and reassurance when necessary. I would recommend this practice to anyone and wouldn't personally concider taking my precious pets anywhere else.

The clinic is always bright and clean. All staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to help, they pay as much attention to our needs as much as our pups. They are always attentive with our pup and she loves them. We have never had any issues with the vets and hope that we never will. I would always recommend this vets to anyone looking for one. As our cat was poorly, the receptionist consulted the vet on duty, and was advised she would like to see our cat. The receptionist very kindly arranged an emergency appointment, we took our family cat in, and with medication provided she is a lot better. Thank You

We had the unfortunate experience with our dog that required urgent veterinary care,our dog was bleeding and very uncomfortable but we couldn’t get an emergency appointment and had to wait all morning before they could see him I can not fault the care and treatment that our dog received. The vet explained what the problem was and what she was doing to alleviate the problem. Of course we had to pay in advance and then pay for his medication, we expected that but in terms of aftercare we only had the comments made from the vet and no written aftercare instructions. A follow up check was required on the instructions of the vet but before booking you have to pay again for what will hopefully be a 2 minute check up, what a great money maker but because care and love our dog of course we will pay but Matthew was very matter of fact and showed no empathy to our concern. Overall the staff and service we get is brilliant but it annoys me when we are told to attend a follow up check and have to pay a full fee again.

Warm and friendly staff, knowledgeable and make a fuss of my kittens. Always felt important on all my recent visits :) I will absolutely remain with this vets for the treatment and care to my kittens. The star off is mainly for the "loudness" that occurs in reception but i'm not sure than can be helped, just scares the kittens and make me feel uneasy so anything to combat that would be great. Parking is a pain, would be good to reserve the 2 or 3 spaces outside for vet visitors rather than staff members or "shoppers" - guess that would cost money though (dig at the council not the vets!) :)

Superb vets. I have been taking Blossom for several years now but this week she had an routine operation. The staff were fantastic as usual. Everything was explained thoroughly before and after the surgery and I did not feel rush when asking extra questions. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes so their appointment system is accurate. The receptionists are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the service and cost. This vets put both pet and owner as their top priorty. Would highly recommend.

Parking is good. Doors are heavy and difficult to negotiate whilst using pet carriers. Waiting room is spacious. No chairs in clinic rooms so have to ask for one each time (I either use crutches for short distances or a wheelchair but cannot stand for long amounts of time). Seen quite promptly and visit went smoothly. Procedures were explained clearly and were more than happy with treatment. Reception staff are amazing - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable - they are a good part of why we stuck with this vet even after moving house further away.

Annual vet check for one of the felines. Was able to book appointment online very easily - even though the notification came through on Saturday, we were able to book for the Monday. We were running late (hiding cat exacerbated by traffic) so rang to let them know. Parking right outside, seen immediately (we made it 56s after our appointment time 😂 ) Very thorough check; chat about how to handle some surprisingly amorous behaviour from the young man in question (surprising as he was snipped years ago); vaccination given and all done. Collected our flea and worm treatments on our way out - the gentleman behind the counter was quick to grab it for us - and as we're on a care plan, it was cheerful goodbyes and we were done. Its always a efficient and pleasant visit to the vets, even with our feline who doesn't travel well, as the surgery is always clean and tidy; staff are always knowledgeable and helpful; and despite how quickly the appointment goes by, we never feel rushed. Recommended.

This vets is the best I've ever been to there is after support from the staff before and after. I had to say goodbye to my beautiful handsome dog of 12years broke my heart but all the visits and care my boy had was the best. When our cat was poorly and our original vets couldn't/wouldn't fit us in for an emergency appointment, Vets4Pets did. They saw us as soon as was possible. It's a good service, but the greed for money is growing every year turn me down. My cat has allergy and once in autumn needs steroids and antiflamatory injection, it takes about 10 min for same thing every year. 3 years ago it cost £70 2 years ago £90 This year £110 For exactly same thing, time to look for a new Vet!

Our loyalty to the Quinton Vets for Pets branch will continue as we are always able to book an appointment, should it prove to be urgent for our Dogs, we receive great service from the practice Vet and/or Nurses and we are always greeted with a warm welcome from the Reception staff. It is well documented that nationwide Vets overcharge for medication for our pets. Personally, I am always absolutely satisfied with the consultation fee charged and the level of professionalism and treatment I receive for my pet, however, if the post appointment medication costs were in any way competitive with those available online, my total satisfaction would be achieved. Given the urgency of getting meds into our pets, this is always deemed a necessity, therefore a price we must pay but it does concern me greatly how much over the market cost all Vets charge patients/customers for their prescribed meds.
