I have been using these guys for a while now with my cat's but they are very low maintenance so I haven't really needed to attend. We recently got a new dog who is nervous of absolutely everything. They go above and beyond for him and invited us to visit regularly so that he gets used to being there. They are always happy to see us and polite and helpful. Love them!

Had a poorly pup last night after she ate what we think was chocolate, she spent the night being sick and by this morning went limp, I called vets they told me to bring her in straight away, which I did (5 mins away) and they had her straight in and hooked up to drip and meds, so thankful for fast response and action!

My elderly boy (grey tabby cat) Roo had been ill since last year but managed with meds and had quality of life. Sunday things suddenly spiralled for worse, then Monday he rallied and things seemed hopeful. However he was up and down and I had booked him to be pts Wednesday evening with a vet that provides a home service, it couldn't wait, things had gone down hill so fast. I called vets4pets at about 1.50 after calling 2 others who could not help sooner. Receptionist was so understanding and offered 2pm or just after, I accepted, after 2 a lovely vet called Margo and Megan arrived. So compassionate, Roo had no distress, everything was better than I thought it would be, never nice but Roo and I as at ease as could be considering, upsetting but just so efficient and aftercare so thoughtful. I can't thank them enough, will never forget your kindness, thoughtfulness and efficiency, was such a great help and relief. Bless you. Would recommend this practice, very caring. ❤️

Very professional and caring attitude from Margarita and the rest of the team at Vets4Pets in Longwell Green. Our Labrador (Ember) recently had some very extensive surgery for a 5 month old Puppy, she is recovering well and still gets ridiculously excited when she meets the team. Thank you.

They were so incredibly patient with me nd my cat, who absolutely hates the vets. Never rushed me or made me feel bad for my cat screaming and hissing the place down.
