Without the plan, I still thing they give value for the prices they charge, which I believe are competitive. I tell people all the time about them.

Thank you Lucian at Easipetcare. After our dog got into an altercation with another dog which injured her nose. We took Nahla straight in and all the staff rallied around really quickly to get her fixed.Gave us some great advise on insurance. We have used Easipetcare for all our pets for number of years they have always been fair with pricing and the staff have always been great..Today they have been life savers. I had only just registered my mum & dad's dog here as I was already registered for my own dog and was happy with the experience compared to what they were receiving at their previous vets. Unfortunately their dog didn't survive past a day with them due to his deteriorated health. The staff at easipetcare were exceptional- from the women who handled my calls to the male vets who handled our family dog with the upmost dignity. We are only sorry that we didn't register with you sooner. Highly recommend!

used easy pet care for many years. they neatured my 3 cats and my rottweiler and also performed surgery on him to remove a large growth. recently i took an injured rabbit i found that sadly had to be euthanised due to having advanced myximotosis. very friendly and caring service who i would not hesitate in recommending.

Our first visit was very good. The Vet quickly recognised the cause of the problem and applied the right treatment. We came without making an appointment because it was urgent and they saw my dog very quickly. The staff are friendly and the waiting room is big and convenient. There is a car park at the side and back of the building.

I took my daughter's dog, Pip, to easipetcare. I was allowed to accompany Pip into the treatment room which I was very pleased with. The vet was lovely and his health check and vaccinations were done and dusted in no time! Their prices are very reasonable too. I would recommend this vet.

Staff were all very caring, especially the vet nurse and vet herself. They first saw my rabbit as an emergency and were then excellent at fitting her in despite being very booked up already (another good sign). They were also honest about their experience and weren’t afraid to recommend other vets with more experience in exotics. This wasn’t necessary however I appreciated their honesty. May well be putting our two cats on their health plan. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

I've been coming here since they opened. The reception staff have always been lovely and helpful. I couldn't get over how cheap it was either. I must have sent at least 20 friends here who also love it. They do a 'drop in' service which can take ages but when you need to see a vet and you can't commit to a time it's perfect. Obviously you can also make an appointment too. They have had a period where you were always seeing temp vets which some weren't great. But that's all settled down now and the vets are all lovely too. Highly recommend

Omg this place is amazing. After not being able to get an appointment at local vets I was encouraged to come here as they have a walk in clinic. The staff are amazing, happy to help. The vet was very professional and kept both myself and my cat calm throughout. Quickly found the problem and discussed options and fees. It is much cheaper here than I have found any where else. Been back a few times now for repeated treatment and everytime we have the same brilliant care. They really do have the pets best interest at heart. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for vet treatment.

I took my 1 year old dog for his vaccinations and the vet made a fuss of him and made him feel relaxed, I was also worried about a couple of lumps I had found but the vet had a quick look and reassured me there was nothing to worry about. Nothing was too much trouble. The prices are also very reasonable.

First visit to this vets. Very impressed with friendliness of all staff. The vet was extremely helpful and explained exactly what he was doing and why and what treatment was needed to make my dog Rocco better. Time was taken to make sure Rocco was as comfortable as possible during examination and treatment which was all done thoroughly. Prices were too to me and broken down/explained before treatment was given. Visiting the vets is never cheap but I was pleasantly surprised by my bill. I discovered easi pet care by researching after i got my beautiful puppy in December. Not only did they explain every thing fully to me regarding vaccinations, the pet care plan they offer and the puppy care package but they were kind, friendly and clear with information. The reception team are lovely and always super friendly and my dog loves to say hello to them :) i reccomended them to a friend who was also very happy with their services and as a bonus we both got 5 pound off out bills. They are excellent value for money and i am happy we have such a lovely vet place to go too.

All our pets are taken to easipet. Recently one of our cats came in with an injury. We had no idea how she got it and took her to easipet and were informed that she may have to have her leg removed. The vet informed us that they would do everything in his power to save the leg. Our cat had intensive stitches to her wounds. It was just a case of making sure she didn’t get an infection. She had numerous visits with the vet to check her progress, and he did manage to save her leg. We have two dogs, two cats and two rabbits that are looked after by the Derby branch and they are an absolute credit to easipet care. Amazing bunch of people who have taken the time to elevate worries and gone above and beyond for are family and pets. Having so many pets is expensive but there prices are reasonable and we also have pet plan which helps a great deal.

Staff are very nice and it's a big place so if you have an animal that can't come in contact with other animals like a not vaccinated puppy it won't have to . The vet was very nice when we came in with our puppy and she explained when we needed to come in and for what clearly. The place has a car park and there isn't a long wait (3 minute or so ). It is a great place to take your animal to and I would recommend this place.

I’ve only used this vet over the past month but can whole heartedly recommend them. The care from the minute you walk in the door is absolutely genuine. From each receptionist to nurse to vet, each and every one is understanding and makes time for you no matter how much pressure they are under. On each visit I was fully informed and never once felt as though it was a money making treadmill. Sadly my little dog was old and nature was taking its course. Again every single member of staff knew him and supported my son and I and of course my dog, through his final moments. No hesitation in recommending this practice.

A walk-in appointment on a Sunday afternoon, no fuss, the vet sorted it out swiftly and expertly and the whole thing was £20. Amazing, hassle-free and professional service. We have been with Easi Pet Care at Derby with our Dogs since they opened and each visit they are given a high level of care. Yes you have to wait but that is due to the popularity of the practice. Front of house staff are always lovely and make a fuss of your pets and the Vets are lovely, fully explaining everything in detail. My older dog had a tumour a couple of years ago and they were amazing with him and he made a full recovery. I cannot recommend this vets enough.

Good vets, it’s just the long wait times that aren’t great here. Only ever seems to be one vet on so always running behind. Always wait around an hour even with an appointment booked. Everyone very friendly though and clean place good atmosphere.

Great prices staff are friendly but book an appointment as walk in wait times especially Saturdays can be silly with only one vet on I have waited more than 2 hours and with animals abs a long drive to get there its less than ideal. Really nice relaxed place to bring an animal. I had a long way to come to get there and was an hour early. Because they had a lull, they saw me straight away. That's way over and above any treatment by any other vet I've taken my pets to.

I have used easipetcare Derby previously with my other dogs, and it was always a positive experience, with the care being second to none. When I purchased my Saint Bernard puppy and realised she may have an infection, the place I turned was easipetcare. It was so easy to register her, and we have also joined the 365 plan. Completing the registration for 365 plan was really easy, and pleasantly surprising when told the worm and flea treatment today was all included. I paid my first payment in the vets, and all other payments are now on direct debit. Everyone in the store was so caring and knowledgable, and I observed them treat all clients the same. When we saw the vet she gave Rosie our puppy a full check over, and was really caring, putting Rosie at ease before completing checks and treatment. Unfortunately our puppy had an infection which was dealt with during our visit, and we was shown how to undertake the necessary treatment at home. When we went back to reception to collect our prescription, I was expecting to have a vet consultation and prescription to pay for, so you can imagine my surprise at just having to pay the cost of the prescription. One thing I have noticed with easipetcare are the prescription charges are also less than a lot of other vet practices. I have recommend easipetcare to all my friends and family too. People think that going to a cheaper practice means the care your pets get will not be the same. This could not be further from the truth. The care provided to your pet is always of the highest standard, and the staff take the time to talk to you. I used to be with a very well know vet practice, and since changing to easipetcare I would never go back.
