Friendly, patient and helpful staff. Lovely welcome and they even have a sectioned off area for cats and they provide blankets to put over the top of the cat carriers. The Vet was super helpful and provided us with all the necessary information and warnings relating to our cats' diet; they have a raw food and hypoallergenic biscuit diet. We are on the complete wellness program and it takes a load off your mind knowing that your pet's flea and worming is covered,checkups are all covered and you even get discounts for stuff in their shop.

We've always brought Bella here. Her latest visit was being spayed. We felt very sorry for her during recovery but recovered really well. The after care white cross provide is great. While she was under GA they also clipped her nails, cleaned her teeth and also removed some sap that was bedded in her coat from a new shed all included in the price we paid for the op. We've never been disappointed at white cross.

I use this vet's for all my dog's health care, the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The vet that looked after my dog explained what was going to happen, took him into the surgery, then bought him back to me,she also gave me advice about his dental condition.

Reception area is set up for social distancing and separate areas for cats and dogs. I would highly recommend this vets practice. The vet was excellent at listening to my concerns. Update Always greated by friendly receptionists and the vets care is exceptional. Update Had to take my dog with problems with his ear and eye, go an appointment very quickly. Options for treatment explained well and very gentle with my poor old fella. Update. I have to do repeated visits for my dog has reoccurring anal gland problems, not the nicest of jobs but always treated with a smile and kindness. Update Took Barney for his medication health check and as always very kind and gentle with him and helpful to any questions. After being contacted by email I when in to collect Pips flea drops, as always the lady on reception was polite and efficient.

The vets are all fantastic and are always more than happy to help, and the girls on the front desk always greet you with a big smile and again can't do enough for you. You cannot put a price on a family pet so having a place that she can go if needed is reassuring. I have been to this vets practice lots of times with our rabbits and Guinea pigs and would definitely rate it a 5 star. All the staff are really friendly, chat to you about all their animals and genuinely care about all pets. It's a really lovely practice. The best vets I've ever been registered with in fact, in the 30 years I've had pets. I have had to knock a star off this review however, because at today's visit my rabbits were given the wrong vaccination which upset and worried me. The staff member that did it was very apologetic but I dont think this is acceptable and they only realised because I pointed it out.

I was concerned about my cats paw after a altercation with another cat and rang the surgery the following morning at 8am and was offered an 8.15am appointment. Very good service. Seen and dealt without any problems. I recommend this vets to anyone.

Took my dog to the vet with what I thought was a skin infection, the vet quickly spotted puncture marks as he'd been bitten by something, she recommended a course of treatment. 2 weeks later the infection was all cleared.

Contacted the vets today for my bunny, the lady on the phone recognised the urgency of the situation straight away and I was seen to immediately by a friendly and knowledgeable vet. I brought my guinea pig here years ago too and received the same standard of care for my pet then. I highly recommend this vets practice for people with small animals as not all vets are as knowledgeable and on point with smaller animals as this practice is. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming too which is an added bonus!! I am very pleased to have such a great vets so close.

We moved to this veterinary practice after being unhappy with our current veterinary practice. The service is fantastic- every time I ring up the receptionists are lovely and accommodating- they always take a genuine interest in the health and well being of our 3 cats. We have seen both Laura and Sabrina with our three cats and they are fantastic vets- very caring and willing to spend the extra time to go through options and the best way to proceed with treatment. I honestly can’t recommend them enough- I won’t be going anywhere else with my three kitties because they get VIP care at White Cross :)

My beautiful little rescue puppa Rosie had a dental today and was looked after extremely well. My dog is very nervous and hates being away from me (and who can blame her? 😇) but she settled well with the lovely Sammi and Robert today. I struggle to trust anyone with my girl, but I felt at ease today knowing the practice were aware of her health issues and were happy to comfort her. The wellness plan works out financially well at this practice and they go the extra mile to ensure animals receive that little bit of extra love and comfort when they need it.

Had our first visit 2/09/19 with our 15 year old cat Murphy, extremely helpful and friendly staff and the vet was lovely. Kept our cat nice and chilled out - can't believe there is a cat-friendly section. No complaints whatsoever, hoping every check up will be as relaxed and uneventful! 5* He unfortunately fell very ill on 12th September, so I called the 13th September and they got us an 11am appointment same-day! We picked him up at 7pm and they got us a 10am follow up appointment the next day. I can't believe they got us in at such short notice - and we were late to our 10am appointment as I have an escape artist who hid himself away before we set off! They called at 10:10am to make sure everything was okay and we were still coming, understanding and laughing when I explained my cat knew he was going to the vets and id spent the best part of an hour looking for him in the house! Said it was okay for us to still come in and we were seen within the hour despite being over half an hour late!! Exceptional service. Unfortunately Murphy is a grumpy old boy who doesn't think much of vets - but they give five star service and are a very friendly bunch.

Excellent service would recommend to anyone who is in need of help especially at this time, when no one else was willing to help they couldn’t help enough when my puppy passed blood. got a phone appointment straight away and all of the staff I spoke to were lovely managed to run a urine test, weigh and get me medication for him all within the space of a day. My cat Lily fell I'll with suspected cancer or possible serious internal infection with the symptoms pointing to either 8 weeks ago and she recieved first class care from a very professional and highly qualified vet named Claire. Claire's advice and experience gave me confidence and faith in her ability to provide Lily with top quality care and diagnosis. I revisited Whitecross yesterday and specifically requested an appointment with Claire due to her excellent service last time and her knowledge in Lilys potential illness. Again Claire provided me with confidence in her advice and experience. Lily is doing excellent after 2 months of steroids and I'm really happy that her strong wellness is pointing towards a really bad but treatable internal infection, rather than the worse case scenario of terminal lymphoma cancer. A couple more months on the tablets at half the dosage is needed before we will know for sure but the signs are extremely positive. I knew I made the right decision to go back to Whitecross with this issue, as I registered my cat at another vets that were cheaper when I needed to cut down outgoings, but every time I visited them I felt that while they were lovely vets their experience and advice didn't provide me with confidence at all. On the back of this service from whitecross I will definitely only be using them exclusively from now on. In this case you certainly get the quality you pay for and my cat is worth every penny. A big personal thank you to Claire at Whitecross for her professionalism and excellent service. I highly recommend this vets if your currently looking to register your pet somewhere.

I joined white cross vets about 18 months ago when my cat was 13 weeks old. They have been fantastic and very caring and supportive. I would highly recommend them. They are a great team. He recently had a broken hip and they soon identified quickly and referred him for an operation which was successful. However he decided to chew at the sterile covering his wound.!! I had to bring him back for some after care and again urgently they responded as always . They are so responsive booked him in this morning straight away and helped little gizmo back on track lots of care given and reassurance to me. We visited the vet yesterday and it was the best visit to date. As hatchi is a very large dog and not over keen on other animals or people we can’t sit inside. The lady vet came outside and treated him there and because he didn’t feel trapped in he didn’t growl or snap even when he had an injection. I thank you and it was much appreciated

Never used whitecross before. Rang for advice they seen my dough de bordeaux named baby within 15 minutes. Upon arriving the staff was friendly and helpful instantly. Baby sadly at 9 1/2 years old had to be put to sleep to stop her suffering. The staff explained all my options so I understood clearly step by step what was happening. Baby past away in a very clean loving environment with dignity. The staff was sympathetic with me as I was beside myself crying. I find faults with a lot off things but whitecross will always remain my number one choice of vets from start to end I can't fault them. Would recommend them to any pet owners. Truely amazing staff. Seem to know there stuff, can't say it's on the cheaper side for vet prices slightly above average I would say and I have to say on the last four occasions it's been a 20mins wait for my appointment as with alot of pets mine get very stressy so the wait only adds to that.

White cross are usually very good with dealing with all sorts of animals - They have tried really hard and are continuing to try even harder to help with specialist animals such as bunnies which are very complex animals, I Thank most of the staff for being very professional and it's nice to finally have an almost savvy bunny vet on board who knows what she's talking about Thank you Laura Pugh 😊,After care Nurses are lovely too as are the receptionist, If I could change one thing with White cross it would be the vets now emergency vets which is in the same place of the PDSA and you still get seen by a PDSA vet 😔who in my opinion arnt up to standard yet on bunnies! Apart from that id Like to say THANKYOU to white cross for keeping all our bunnies and cats alive the best they possibly can! 😊❤

Brilliant experience today at white cross vets, I had a bit of an emergency with my cat, they answered the phone as soon as they opened at 8, calmed me down, and we were being seen by 8.30 they made both me and the cat feel at ease, explained all treatment fully and all staff were so friendly, could not recommend them highly enough!
