s. m.Cannot recommend them enough - spoke to someone called Charlotte in the wee hours of this morning - she spoke me through possible causes and the levels of concern, then talked me through a method of massaging my Goldendoodles trachea to see whether it triggered a response - my dog immediately vomited up a large stone which she'd obviously been trying to dislodge for the past 45m. Thank you SO so much e Vets & Charlotte - my wee one is now settled, and in no discomfort

B.Overcome with first time cat mum paranoia I called to check on whether the amount of times my wee kitten had visited his litter tray was normal, I didn't get the name of the man i spoke to but he couldn't have been kinder or more understanding, he talked me down and reassured me and gave me great advice.

Other reviews note that they are expensive, but they are an out of hours service and therefore worth every penny, for pets in need. They treated our puppy very sensitively and were extremely kind to us too. We really felt heard by them and could see how comfortable our puppy was with them, despite the circumstances. Thank you

I can’t thank Struan Muirhead and all the team for taking care of our girl so well.

t. w. f. b.E-Vets took care of my poorly pup twice last week. Once when he was in a critical condition. They got him stabilized and well enough to get up to the pet hospital. The thing that really set them apart for me, though, is that Giuseppe the vet on those evenings, called me the following night just to see how he was doing. They really care and that means a lot.
R.I took my cat up on a Sunday morning. I had been to my regular vets twice during the previous week but the problem was still there and she needed to be seen before Monday.
The vet was excellent and took time to explain the treatment he was going to give.He took a blood sample and analysed it on the premises and gave her a couple of injections plus a course of pills.
Yes the initial consultation price is steep (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but I could not fault the service that I got.
R. B.I had to take my kitten as she had fever on a Sunday morning. Very quick service, staff was really welcoming and the care and explanation of the treatment I got from the girl was outstanding. It is expensive, but as it was an emergency, I am happy to pay it for such a good service
P. B.What amazing and compassionate staff. We took Alfie ( a beautiful white Westie) to their care early Monday morning. He was a fantastic/ amazing and lovely boy. Unfortunately he couldn't fight long enough for the practise to do their work but that said they were caring, respectful and understanding for our loss. Lovely people and total respect that as we mourn our individual loss those guys see it literally every day. Total respect and please keep up the great work as there will always be the occasion where you have that chance to save a lovely soul.
