Craigpark have taken good care of my pets so far and it always seem apparent that they really do care about the welfare of the animals. The receptionist is very diligent and has a good sense of humour. The only issue I have come across is the attitude of 1 particular vet. I am unsure of her name but she is very abrupt, rude and condescending. The only reason I tolerate it is because she is clearly a very good vet and puts the animals needs first but I always leave feeling upset, deflated and annoyed after any interactions with her. Craigpark's prices and availability are much better than my previous vet and I would absolutely recommend them!

Lovely place, helpfull stuff, they really care about animals not like others arround Glasgow; " about your wallet and incurance " big waiting room. Best vet so far in Scotland can't be more happy as I stay local and got only 4 min to get there :) If you looking for best care for your pets that's the place :)

Just want to say a huge thank you to the staff who made time for me and my old dog Laura. She wasn't registered at the practice since we moved back to Barrhead. She gradually failed and then became unwell suddenly. The staff immediately made time for us and helped us both through the process of letting her go, with much kindness compassion. Thank you staff for the way you treated us both that day- it was such a comfort. Miss our old Laura but now she isn't suffering.

Absolutely the best ever vet practice I've used. I'm 74 yrs, have sadly had to go through quite a few furry pals over the years and I can say hand on heart I can't fault Craigbank. Wish I'd known about them before this (weren't happy with changes in our previous one and had Craigbank recommended) The staff are wonderful, great 'bedside' manner with their patients and very patient with their mums and dads. Such a breath of fresh air to walk in to what could be our doctors surgery, very welcoming, toys, magazines, kids books too. Can't recommend highly enough!!!

Very helpful caring staff. More than happy to assist. I had called for advice regarding an animal I had found. The vet advised me to bring it down and they took the animal into their care and proceeded to take steps to find the owner.

The vets are incredibly personable and very good with the animals. They are so passionate about their job and are so professional and compassionate towards your needs as well. With any vet it's gonna be pricey but they will do their best to help you in any way they can. Highly recommend

Great service friendly staff. From clipping his nails to having his legs looked at (dog) after he tried to jump a fence they have been excellent. They also have a great monthly payment option on yearly vaccinations and chekups helps when you get that surprise reminder!

We have been using Craigpark for many years now and have found the level of care and service they provide to be second to none. We travel over 30 minutes by car to the practice and pass many other vets on the way because we are confident that our dogs wouldn't receive better care anywhere else. Carol and all the team go above and beyond to ensure our dogs are well cared for and nothing is ever too much bother for them, so much so that Carol has made frequent house calls when our dog was too poorly to travel by car. We have every faith in Carol and her team, and really appreciate her compassion and empathy, so much so that we nominated her for Petplan's Vet of the Year award this year. We could not recommend Craigpark vets highly enough!

Craigpark Veterinary Practice came highly recommended to me by a professional dog behaviourist and for that, I am very grateful! Carol and all of the team are so professional and deliver an incomparable level of service. We have 4 rescue Dobermans and recently our boy Stormy, aged 10, lost the power of his legs. We obviously assumed the worst, however Carol made regular house visits, travelling 30 minutes each way, even after a busy surgery or on her days off, as our boy was too poorly to travel, to administer acupuncture and laser treatment as well as exhausting all efforts with traditional medicine. After about 8 weeks Stormy was back to his cheeky self, chasing his girls, with a new lease of life! We enjoyed another full year with our beautiful boy and he had a wonderful "extra" time with us all before passing away peacefully in my arms, aged 11. Carol's genuine commitment to animal welfare was apparent when she recently attended sheriff court as a "character witness" for a dog reported by a malicious neighbour who hoped to get the poor dog put to sleep but fortunately, thanks to Carol, the case was dismissed and the lucky dog lived to tell another "tail"! Ultimately, I would not hesitate in recommending Craigpark Vet as I have never experienced such dedication from any other vet practice and therefore would never trust anyone else to care for my dogs.
