Reviews of Glasgow (Shamrock Street) PDSA Pet Hospital
k. a.
I would highly recommend this vet I've been going for years and years my dog is nearly 18 they do marvelous work and please remember they are a charity and need donations. Both of my dogs have benefited so much from here
W. H.
Had to take Gigi ( t-cup poodle) 14 years old (96) she had cancer and other issues. Our wee princess ❤️ joined her big brother Blue, 😭😭
The staff are brilliant and very compassionate
B.
I attended Shamrock street today with my 17 year old cat who was not eating or drinking. The vet was extremely caring, compassionate and professional, exploring options to try to help my little one. I was very impressed as I have previously had a poor experience. I would like to thank the vet as regardless of the eventual outcome, she tried her very best and cared for my wee cat.
D. W.
I had to have my two 19 year old cats put to sleep here, and everything went very smoothly from booking appointment to leaving afterwards. All staff throughout that process were lovely, professional and compassionate at the same time, esp the vet and nurse doing the procedure, who were both very gentle and caring to my cats.
J. M.
Been taking our wee cat Frankie for last couple of years. The staff are so friendly and caring. Would not want to go anywhere else. Worth all the donations in the world. Thank you for being there.
K. R.
First time here and wasn't the most pleasant of experiences but that's maybe just preference. I've never been to a vet hospital where you get appointments but still need to wait 2 and half hours to be seen. There was an older skinny woman, brown short hair and glasses who was "working" behind the dispensary who was very rude and causing distress to many already stressed owners. She should know that vet waiting rooms are noisy especially when you have over 15 dogs and 4 cats in a small enclosed area, barking is going to occur and it's hard to hear when people shout, just like someone else missed their appointment because it couldn't be heard due to the barking and she was moaned at for hearing. Short blue hair person on entrance desk was so kind and understanding and there was a young long brown haired person who came on afterwards and honestly I felt so sorry for her. She was great, but unfortunately she had to deal with so many annoyed owners about the wait but she handled it politely, with respect and professionally. The actual vet I got, I want to hug her, clearly over busy, not her fault, but she was great and thorough
J. M.
Great place for our animals, vets are great with the animals
Only fault is the phone line was on all day calling and couldn't get through then sometimes you phone and get through right away now that doesn't happen often
K. D.
Was in a panic, but the staff were brilliant, friendly & very professional.
My wee cat is doing well.
F. S.
All staff couldn't be more helpful and always take your concerns about your pets health seriously ie they beleive you know your pet better than anyone
B. S.
My cat cuddles unfortunately had to be put down. The woman said there was nothing they can do despite not giving any scans or anything. I hope she was right and my cat wasn't put to sleep unnecessary. I'm not a vet but you can't just diagnose animals just by looking at them. Hope you are at peace now Cuddles you gave me a great 17 years I love you❤️❤️❤️❤️
C. “. H.
People here are the nicest every single time I have visited. Best of care and advice for all our pets. Thanks for the amazing job you all do.
D. J.
Great help when it came to prescribing medication for the family dog but very busy, if you are slightly late for appointments or collection of prescription expect to wait for around an extra hour.
B. T.
Wonderful place all the staff great can't praise them high enough
N. G.
Honestly can’t think all the staff there today my dog Bella had pyometra and the treatment love and care they gave her was amazing thank you so much she’s now at home recovering x
M. R.
Absolutely fantastic staff and vets in here . They do a wonderful job treating all
the animals. Just amazing
N. G.
This is a great place for the animals of this city, staff are so nice,i think everyone who attends should pay what ever donation they can as this is an excetional sevice.
S. J.
Best vets ever
But really need our donations to give such a service, show your appreciation
D.
You can tell the staff care about the animals but it seems as though they only have the ability and/or equipment to treat cats and dogs. I waited for nearly an hour to be seen and after two minutes all they could do is offer me the name of other veterinarian clinics I could phone to ask if they could help. They wouldn't even do an x-ray to confirm what they suspected. I suspect this is not the fault of the staff.
J. D.
I've been here a few times but never commented as I was just grateful for the help but today I have to say how amazing I thought the vet was today. He took the time to explain so I could understand what was happening with L.A.s mass in her neck where as before I'd been told it's a mass and we don't deal with that. You could see this guy's passion and he's a total treasure to PDSA and care of animals to come
A. K.
My cat is 17yr old PDSA have looked after my cat for yrs . They are brilliant what they do .
M. M.
So helpful when my dog became very ill. Referred me to Vets Now straight away. Saved his life
l. s.

I. F.

R. G.
Love it! Such amazing staff here and always do their best for people who can't afford full cost vets. They helped my wee Buttons and she is on the way to recovery thanks to the staff here. I couldn't thank them for what they have done for my wee cat.
J. D.

The staff are always insanely helpful and do their best to help all kinds of pets.
I was able to get urgent care from the vets for my pet rat and were incredibly accommodating for any and all issues I had.
Please donate to this wonderful charity if you can, they do such amazing work
A. R.
Very professional would recommend to anyone who's struggling to vets bills
R.

S. B.
First class service very welcoming well knowledge staff would highly recommend
N. S.
Simple in and out but roads works maybe hard if driving
-.
Took my childhood dog to get put to sleep, the lady was amazing and allowed us to be with her in her final moments, walked us through the process and allowed me to hold my dog as she slipped away, eternally grateful for the send off they gave my little one, RIP.
M. A.
They do great work, they need donations

Brilliant and very caring vet I saw sadly I had to let my 17 year old cat go over the rainbow, for me it was devastating as I held Cody in my arms as he passed, the vet was very understanding and compassionate x
j. h.
Couldn’t be any more helpful for ever grateful
M. D.
Very good never at anytime have I not be happy with the service only thing is it's a nightmare trying to phone to make appointment
N. M.
Amazing charity led organisation that have helped my dog Halley get an extra 2 years of life beyond a kidney disease diagnosis and they have provided Halley with steroids for her Geriatric Vestibular Disease too. The staff are lovely and do all they can with the resources they have at their disposal to help our beloved animals.
God bless them all!

B. P.
Excellent service provided for all animals in need of care a donation is all you pay for the excellent treatment these excellent vets provide they are real heroes in mine and my dogs eyes great staff
M. G.
Absolutely delighted with service vet wonderful don't know what I do without PDSA
M. “. 1. M.
Always very busy, long waiting times well after appointment. Staff are excellent except one or two of the receptionist who can be very snippy at times. Extremely difficult to get through to by phone a bit easier since the pandemic began. I think receptionist have to much of a workload, require additional staff as phones go non stop all day. Vets in general are Ok, a few exceptional in every way possible. But poor service given to small animals, they don't have the same value as a dog or cat therefore medical treatments are restricted as it's not cost effective in there eyes. I know this first hand as they refused to give my rabbit an Xray to determine the cause of its illness. In general the PDSA provides a reasonable service for people who qualify for there pets medical needs.
A. E.
Although its sad they can no longer treat my dog charlie .if it was not for them i would have lost him long ago .i honestly cannot thank the pdsa enough .big thank you from charlie monaghan ❤❤❤
m. m.
Excellent first class looked after my big greyhound king exceptionally. Thank you very much

F. M.

j. c.
It a brilliant place and brilliant people but it's so hard to get through and then they tell me a need to register again a have done all that still can't get them but it is a good place for your pets
P. C.
Just picking up medication today. No waiting ages, was in and out in 5mins 👍
r.
As a dog owner who is on benefits i could not enjoy my dogs life knowing I couldn't afford medical treatments for him. This service(charity) ran by volunteers and vet's surgery is a God send a blessing to have and must be cherished not abused or we risk losing it and all our pets would suffer. Donate as much as you can for all our pets, little friends, members of our families❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤THANK YOU PDSA
S. M. P.
Staff have always been helpful, Vets have all been lovely whom I have met in past visits, can be very busy at times and can sometimes go over appointments times but only to be expected, as just with our Emergency room if a sicker dog comes in then naturally they should be seen first and you're wait is longer, but the care they give is professionall at all times.
J. W.
Always amazing service even with the difficulty throughout Covid. I applaud the efforts to help when I've needed to bring my dog for emergency dental work, and also the efficient procedures In place for repeat prescriptions on time.
S. W.
Staff are awesome here. Had to go as an emergency with my cat. They could not have been more helpful. Going back today for another appointment.
m. b.
Had my baby firl up here other week. What a fantastic job the sspca do for our animals
A. M.
I haven't been here recently but have utilised this wonderful service in the past on more than one occasion with my Springer Spaniel Ruby aged 18mths at the time became suddenly unwell. On this occasion she had to have a piece of corncob husk removed from her small intestine. It was stuck there and wasn't going anywhere. This could have killed my darling girl. We both received fantastic professional & compassionate service from all staff, receptionists, nurses, vets and pharmacists alike. Ruby had to have an operation to remove the obstruction. The PDSA is a wonderful service. It gets no government funding and relies solely on donations, will gifts and other fund raising. I feel very privileged that I qualified & was able to take Ruby here. Otherwise the outcome would have been unthinkable. I'll never be able to thank the staff at The PDSA in ShamrockStreet.
e.
Wonderful and caring staff. We lost our pet rat here and the support they provide is wonderful. They try to make you as comfortable as possible no matter what is happening and I cannot thank them enough for the comfort they gave us when we had to say goodbye.
E. M.
They looked after both my cats, first Tinker, now Dante always very pleased with treatment. Cannot fault the staff. Through and friendly.
L. R.
Staff always very friendly and helpful. Such a wonderful service for animal owners struggling with vet fees
R. I.
Very good and could not be more helpful
A.
Great service, was taken straight away and after a few trips to my local vet that didn't work I got steroids for my dogs ear infection and they seem to be working already
P.
Staff were very welcoming and understanding
m. m.
Getting through on the phone was joke but very nice staff when I got through good job my boy jet only had a cyst had to try for weeks to get through staff in the surgery were lovely
J. S.
Waited hour past time and don't like that there aren't many places to stand
M. H.
Brilliant doctors really good understanding animals needs, give them the best medical treatment. Fully understanding people/owners worries and try support them too. Thank you for your amazing job.
M. E. B.
My boy Chino jumped off a 30ft bridge....rushed him to shamrock st...pdsa took care of him...they do an amazing job
P. B.
Obviously they do great work, the staff are friendly and caring. My only real issue is the difficulty (near impossibility) of getting through to them on the phone. It's honestly quicker for me to travel from the East End to Shamrock Street and make an appointment over the counter, than it is trying to do it by phone.
I know it's a charity, they are underfunded and stretched but the phone situation is awful. Otherwise they are great!!
L. N.
Great service . Fantastic vets
P. G.
Very happy with the way the vets treat ur pets as we no its just like one if the family when u get a pet and all the vets and nurses r 100% there for u very happy and would alway give donations to them for this standard of care.love Pamela Gribben
M. W.
Great friendly helpful staff
w. h.
Great staff doing a great job, They deserve medals 🏅 in my opinion
L.
Staff are always so helpful and pets here are well taken care of. This charity is a worthwhile cause so if your considering leaving a donation anywhere consider here.
Parking is okay for city centre. You need to go into the office to get parking cards so don't forgot those 50p each
R. J.
These vets are amazing and doing a great job. My Tara is coming on leaps and bounds thanks to them, so thank you
M. M.
You can't fault the PDSA. It's a very busy place, hard to get through on the phones and sometimes you have a long wait, but it is a charity after all. 5 stars to them for all the hard work they do, and I donate whenever I can. They also run a Pet First Aid Course and you only need to pay a £5 admin fee, which is great and very useful to have under your belt.
S. D.
OK. Nobody's fault but couldn't see a vet due to COVID. Phone consultation with a nurse with me and my dog out on the pavement. Hardly perfect.
e. h.
Needed a quick vet's appointment and got one here at the P.D.S.A. no frightening bills or fuss great.
E. M.
These guize are fantastic. If you are in receipt of full housing benefit they will treat your pet for free and any other benefits qualify you for cost only concessionary rates. Everyone seems really nice. PDSA get no Govt funding, run on donations only. Please don't struggle or ignore pet health issues when these guys will do all they can for your fur fam.
C. A.
Staff were amazing. So pleasant from Reception to Vet, right through to Dispensary.
P. B.
Thank u to the staff at shamrock street very kind and compassionate people we sadly 😢lost our poor bhoy yesterday due too old age their understanding and service was and is and has always been second to none.🙂
D. L.
Excellent place to take you pet if on certain benefits. It can be very busy at times and gets overcrowded. Cheap treatment for your pet if you meet criteria and you can make a donation.only bad thing is phones it can take 4 hrs+ to get through to receptionist Update they have improved the phone system and when you call they now tell you what number in queue you are much better now
F. K.
Awful.experience walking into this place. I just wanted to run back out cos of the strong smell of poo smeared all over the floor. But had to get cat seen to so braved it out. Stood in long queue for a good while to register in for appointment, whilst trying to avoid standing on the poo. Eventually registered and also bought parking ticket to display on car. Took that long I was worried I might already have a parkimg ticket.A tip here is to go straight to the pharmacy counter to buy parking tickets as it should be quicker.
Another tip is to wear your old or dirtiest clothes and shoes that u dont mind getting dirty, and, as another person advised me..to throw everything into washing machine when u get home.
In contrast to all of the above, the staff were lovely and helpful at reception and pharmacy. We saw the Training Vet and the supervisor who were just amazing. They were friendly, helpful, took their time and checked our cat properly and gave good advice. The Rooms were nice and clean too.
Its just a shame that the entrance amd waiting area are such a contrast to the actual amazing service offered here. I commend the reception staff for the amazing job they do despite the surroundings being so unbearable.
S. s.
Always busy with long waits, can take hours to get through on the phone to get an appointment, up to 2 hours wait with a sick cat in a basket in an overcrowded waiting room is ridiculous, they have the cheek to ask for donations when they treat your animals with cruelty like that. I always donate anyway and donate in other ways. They need to get their act together, if they want good donations they need to give a much better service, most of the reception staff are discurteous and extremely slow, hence the long waits, although there are one or two who are very nice and somewhat efficient but i have seen queues out the door just waiting to check in.
The P.D.S.A Do a great job for people struggling with low incomes but they need to improve the service, especially the phone answering and waiting times.
K. F.
After my pet insurance declining my claim for my elderly dog..these guys have been amazing!!! Operation that my private vet quoted me £800 for these guys said the cost to them was £250..more than happy to make that donation...lifesavers literally!!
K. M.
Only thing id say that takes one star away is the time it took to speak to a vet... approx. 2 wks after initial call... however Hugo is not itching as much already and only just had his second day meds... so cant thank you enough _/\_ 😊
J. C.
Thank you for your support and help 🙂😊🙂
W. M.
I was worried about my dogs health. The correct expert advice I received put my mind at ease. So very important during Co Ved restrictions. Thank You.
W. L.
Waiting outside due to covid regs was good in the sun but aching derrier and feet. However nothing compared to the pain fur babies would be in. So well done dealing with everyone's.
H. B.
My poor dog got injured with a glass bottle he is getting better now thanks to all the nurses and students at pdsa before injury .
ي. ه.
absolutely very nice people thank you so much for help
l. w.
I find the staff are very helpful and very efficient when they are dealing with your pets and makes the animals feel safe and happy
j. n.
Wonderful facility, great staff and can't say enough about how fabulous they have cared for my dog. Love them all ❤️
B. G.
Treated my Cat for free if it wasn’t for them I don’t know what I would have done, so please if you can always donate as much as you can they really are life savers.
S. P.
Exceptionally clean. Vet and staff very good and helpful. We'll done PDSA Glasgow
A. M.
Vets very nice and pleasant
A. J.
Staff was very lovely and patient. It's easy to get to in a car and bus stops within walking distance. As it's a charity they ask for a donation no set fee but generally just a vet visit is asked for £20 roughly. If you have letter for housing benefit and council tax then it's a donation, of not but on other benefits you still pay but at a lower rate than private pet. They also have emergency service at night. It is difficult to get a receptionist on phone but managed later on in the day. They say you require appointments to see a vet. Just a wonderful place as they dont look at your animal as money( unlike a private vet). We were told by a very well known vets my dog needed eye surgery but pdsa said she didnt. They are about is the animal happy, sad,in pain etc and you are not pushed into treatments either. Reccomend them to everyone 100%
E. P.
Great service, very welcome in times when cash is a shortage. Highly skilled vets and faultless service. Will be leaving a large donation when financially more stable.
j. s.
People cant do enough for you and your animal....lovely customer service and highly experienced staff....cant thank them enough for what they do
S. R.
Absolutely amazing what they do for animals, the patience and how much they reassure you and help you - fantastic! The ONLY problem is the waiting time on the phones! Or if You phone its normally engaged or the auto message says they are now closed, its so frustrating trying to get an appointment or to even speak to someone! But thats the only fault there is.
D. M. R.
Can not emphasise enough the amazing work these phenomenal people do here, no matter wether it's the dedicated vets to the polite receptionists. No matter who they r or what they do here they treat me and my dogs with the best care you can ask for. I've given £20 just for a look at my dog but I've also only give £2 for the works, whatever I've had at the time and they always say thank u the same way, as if I've handed over a bar of gold. Thank u PDSA xxxx
A. k.
Best place ever thank you for all that you do for animals x
G. S.
Excellent service by all the staff ... only one issue the place could do with a air freshener ...
F. d.
Always a great experience for my dogs, very knowledgeable and polite staff who cannot help enough!! Always leave a good donation as its a charity after all.
P. R.
Excellent staff...excellent service...had to fall back on this charity when had hit hard times and the care my dog received could not have been any better. Also any donation made is warmly appreciated so please give what u can..
S. H.
Excellent service from every member of staff & my fluffy baby liked it aswell, my mum used this vets for many years & they have been amazing with all our animals in the past 5 ⭐ from us
G. A.
Great service and staff. Thank you for looking after Teddy, we're very grateful.
D. B.
These guys are great really special people. Made my most devastating day more bearable with there compassion and understanding even let my daughter and wife go out the back entrance because of there heart ache (still have to drop of donation) but will come up soon will be doing cans (donation) for them hopefully before the end of this year. Agian couldn't praise them enough and I have my Belle's ashes Infront of me now in a beautiful cascket thanks guys so much.
D. V.
I have registered both my cats with the PDSA.I am so glad to know that my cats will be able to go to the vet and as I am on benefits that I will be able to get them treatment for a price that I can afford.
A. M.
I've always been given the best advice and my pets have always been given the best care, the veterinary surgeons and staff go way behond the call of duty. I can never thank you all enough
I. M.
We should be thanking every single person that works in these centre's for sick animals as they do a wonderful job with any animal that goes through their door the dedication they show there's no words i think its a great idea giving the rundown of the full cost of the treatment they provide it just lets people know the treatment costs large or small so well done to all that donate my wee dog has received treatment and the cost of the treatment was over £200 I'm going to try my best to recover these costs as i feel guilty that i cant afford it at this minute only donation at this time so thank you for helping my wee dog i won't forget that ....
K. M.
Absolutely brilliant staff and vets, helpful and saved my dogs life and they are working only on donations, personal think more money should be awarded to PDSA for the amazing work they do thank you so much for helping my beloved dog x
l. r.
I am so glad this vet practice is here ...my poor Riley could hardly walk ....and to top it all its xmas time ...boxing day phoned pdsa and was in seeing vet an hour later ...they kept him in for treatment and found out he is diabetic ....where would we be without these wonderful caring people ...I thank you all from the bottom of my heart
D. w.

These guys are amazing, honest tae god saved my German shepherd's life 3 time's, canny thank them enough. Remember though to give what ever you can and donate what ever u can, these guys need and deserve it.
M. W.
Good staff, caring bunch of people. Used for emergency cover and they were excellent, phoned local vet on our behalf to do handover as well following an overnight stay by Gary.
M. K.
Thanks to the staff and vets today for the kind loving care for our nacho thanks so much
F. G.
The staff at the PDSA are absolutely fantastic. I always give a very good donation. If it wasn't for Shamrock Street I don't know where I'd be. Keep up the good work guys. 👍 😉
r. a.
What a great job they do.all the staff are really good and helpful.people please donate what you can.they do a really good service.
I. G.
All staff are very caring towards pets and their owners.
I. B.
They helped me very quickly even though they are overwhelmed my little guinea pig is nearly heald and running about in her cage with her sister thankyou so much you all are wonderful
M. C.
It was fine dog got nails done and was ok
B. A.
The staff do their best but it's always a very busy hospital so expect a wait. There's a car park to the side where you can wait and they'll shout you, very handy if your pet gets nervous around other animals.
D. S.
Amazing place amazing staff took my guinea pig here and they were amazing with her couldn't recommend any other vet to go to.
P. P. R.
Great service, friendly team. Explained charges upfront. They charged me 1/10 of what the private vets wanted to charged. Grateful for this service. Thank you
S. F.
I have been attending the pdsa for over a week with my akita . The service we recieved was fantastic they helped use as much as they could but unfortunatly my poor boy had to go over the rainbow bridge all the staff were amazing xx thanks for everything you done for us x
t. b.
My dog has always been giving the best treatment possible and I would rate them at 100% good for the sick pets they always do what’s best for the pet thanks .
D.
Great vets and friendly staff! Only wish I could buy my cats injections like I can with other vets and do them myself instead of having to take time off work to come in and get them done
G. M.
My dog was not well and thanks to the staff at shamrock hospital. Thanks
J. C.
Absolutely wonderful people very pleasant and great with the animal.
C. 6.
Friendy staff, excellent service
a. m.
Great place to get your pet fix
C. M.
great day learning our dog first aid!
A. R.
They cannot be faulted on the care and support given to you, however due to the overwhelming demand for their services they are stretched to the max and waiting times are hours long even with an appointment, and you cannot get through on the phone you need to go in to arrange future appointments. This is the only flaw however and it is worth the wait in my opinion.
k. k.
Best vet care alot for there animals
C. M.
PDSA are amazing the way they look after your pets is brilliant as they are not getting any money from any source they only get donations ,& I believe they should get some funding as they do alot of good work for animals i will definitely be leaving money to them if anything happens to me 👏👏👏
L. E. k.
My cat has lost a leg and he has two plates in the other leg Stirling pet hospital saved him. And. Pdsa saved him. When. He took a affection.
A. M.

Just lost our little blue boy staff could not not have been more helpful in every way possible with before and after the putting him to sleep l came away feeling at ease
Z. Z.
I've been using The PDSA for many a year. The Vets in this place are are amazing. So kind and gentle with the animals. I recently lost my little cat, Bazil on the 8th November 2016. He had to be euthanized because of his poor heart. He was an old cat, and he had Constrictive Pericarditis. The Vet and the nurse were wonderful with him. My boy was treated with great dignity. They went to great lengths to make sure he didnt suffer. I will never forget what they did for him.
M. S.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. One of the greatest animal charities in the UK. They AlWAYS put the animal's welfare first.
L.
Very friendly and efficient staff at Glasgow PDSA. The reception staff are brilliant and the Vet was 1st class, very thorough and friendly too. This is an excellent and very essential service, keep up the excellent work!! 😁👌🖒👏
A. M.
Fabulous hospital providing much needed service, receptionists could be a bit more friendly face to face, vets and nurses superb, its a very busy hospital so a wait is always on the cards.
M. C.
My dog was extremely unwell with a potentially fatal illness vets wher fantastic but reception staff a diff story, was told if my dog was allowed home they would let me know by 4pm, I got a call at 5.15 saying i had to get her by 6 which was impossible from where i live and they wher adamant she cldnt stay overnight but eventually they seen sense and kept her, big thanks to the vets though as she is brilliant now after such a big op x unfortunately the dog mentioned above had to get put to sleep on sat, I'm heartbroken but i have another dog to keep me going, big thanks to the vet i seen as she was brilliant very compassionate and helped a hard decision a little easier, rip Zara xxxx
N. M.
These guys do an amazing job they take care of the pets so well and keep you informed with anything they are doing. They need donations to able them to do the great work they do.
J. B.
Some of the best people work here. Always been so amazing with my animals throughout the years. Lot of respect for them and the job they do. Please donate
L. P.
I haven't been there since Christmas and I lost my wee dog Ruby but the vet and nurses were great 👍
R. G.
The only thing wrong is the time but the vets & staff do such a wonderful jobi got my staff spayed and they only charged me £113 8 think you should be handed an envelope to put your donation in not a staff member asking how much of a donation your making Infront of the whole waiting room to hear how much your giving but as i said a fantastic service who should be given more outside help for the work these ppl do for our animals
C. V.
Smelly not nice place to go. I don't feel safe there. Isn't really any cheaper than a private Vets. In saying all that I'm sure the Vets do there best for the animals.
J. M.
Treat your dog in my case as if it was their dog my rottweiler is nearly 10 and was worried as she needed operation on her toe cause of thr anisthetic, staff were very understanding and my dog came through it no bother give it a try if you qualify through your benifits and all they ask in return is a donation if they could not help the vet fees would have been extremely costly.
L. B.
This place is a Godsend if you can't afford a private vets You have to be on housing benefit/ council tax benefit to benefit from getting seen but all you give is a donation and they do great work x
J. M.
I have been taking my 2 dog's there and I will say that it is the best place to take your pets. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place

R. 8.
Absolute nightmare trying to call and get through, automatic option on answer just to be busy everytime. This needs to change...at least change it to a queue system. So customers don't need to constantly recall until the get through.Other than this i don't have many issues with pdsa. Its another story for vetsnow, the are robbing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
D. h. K.
Staff are ten out of ten the work they do here they try there best for all there animals can't thank them enough thank you again

If it wasn't for the pdsa and the great help from the staff and vets and vet nurses I wouldn't be able to have my dog I'm very grateful to all of them only thing is the time youre waiting for the staff to AWNSER the phone call service could be much more staff on the phone

They provide an excellent pet care all the veterinarians I've dealt with had been fantastic with my dog very pleased with the work they do however the automated service when you call almost makes it not worth the effort for such a high demand service having 2 staff answering call and a useless automated service just isn't good enough
