The staff from reception to the veterinarians are always so lovely and accommodating.
Took my 1yr pup for his boosters and the Vet made sure to keep him at ease and not stressed was just so nice. So much so my dog actually loves and pulls to go here!
J. M.In total my family and i have been using this vet practise for over 30 years. They have in all these years gave a great service treating my animals and also when I have had to board them.
S. A.The staff went above & beyond .The service is so professional & caring . Sadly my cat was so old & had brain cancer nearly 19 years old . From telephoning & speaking to the lady on the desk she was so understanding & patient with me , we made an appointment which was really hard on me emotionally she was really caring . The vet was also dedicated to helping make it easier on myself & my pet . And we discussed what was best for my cat as it was her time due to all her symptoms & quality of life . I want to thank you so much for level care I always got when I had previously went with both of my cats
J. L.I’ve taken my cat Theodore here since we got him a few years ago and they have always been so helpful and kind. From phoning with questions or worries to having to take him in for dental surgery this week, they always make me feel at ease (even though I’m a worrier and an overprotective cat mum!). The vet always gives him a good check over and is very on the ball with what’s going on and what Theo needs. Would really recommend this place
E. M.Queens Crescent Veterinary Clinic were wonderful! I had called them after my vet closed unexpectedly a week before my kitten, Arthur, was to be neutered. They were able to fit him in with ease and were so helpful and understanding with the situation! I couldn't have asked for a better veterinary clinic to take my little guy to!
L. S.The staff here have gone above and beyond for my dogs and myself. I've been in there with my dogs probably close to 20 times this year alone and they have been so kind and accomodating towards us. My dogs get genuinely excited when we show up at the clinic. I know the staff are absolutely swamped and it's nonstop for them all day, yet they've never once made me feel like I was a bother, and their love for animals is so apparent. Truly an outstanding group of people!
G. R.I've been with them for around 6 years. I am posting this publicly to thank the red haired receptionist as twice she has spent a long time on the phone putting my mind at rest for no charge obviously. Last time was about a year ago and the most recent time was today.
I don't go often thankfully, just to get my cats dressed and for jags and then one occasion when one of my cats hurt her leg. All of the vets have been great apart from one years ago who I think was covering for sickness. I haven't seen her since.

D. S.Absolutely fantastic team at QCVC. Cannot recommend highly enough. Our dog absolutely loves going there, as he gets lots of love and attention, and the very best care we could hope for. As first time dog owners, it's really reassuring to know our pup's always in safe hands.
