Had to take my amazing boy in today for his final goodbye He was born with disabilities and had a life limiting problem which gave him much pain I want to thank all at the practice today who helped my final goodbye be personal from allowing me to play music to him and kiss and cuddle him Zeke was very much loved and I trust them to carry him onward with dignity

Really nice staff and Ed & Hugh, our vets, were great, they are so knowledgeable and kind towards our loved ones. We took our cat back after an initial visit for an operation to remove a tooth that broke off and rather than putting him under - which can be risky in older cats - and removing the little piece of root that was left. They said he didn’t need the operation as it was healing nicely, saving both any risk and money too for that matter. They could have easily done the operation anyway and we’d have been none the wiser. So great to feel you can trust your pets with people and we’ll definitely be using these guys again, so happy we found them.

Recently I lost my cat Ollie, completely devistated as it was due to a underlying heart condition which ended inI saddle thrombis. Whilst my heart is broken, Williams vets were very good from start to finish, from the emergency vet who tried all night to save Oll, to the receptionists at Barmouth and Machynlleth who got his ashes to me. From start to finish they were professional and did their best for my Ollie, they also treated me ( his very distressed human) with kindness.

Very good experience. Our cocker shot out of the holiday home and raced to the Spar where he knew I had gone. He collided with a (luckily) slow moving car. The vet was calm and reassuring when I called. He arranged for us to take injured pup round to be examined. He gave him a pain killer and us some advice for when we get home. Thankyou.

We were on holiday with our Rottweiler Charlie who had developed an ulcer on his eye, the vet saw us quickly and was very nice,showed us the ulcer after putting a dye in his eye and prescribed drops, went back 5 days later,sneaked in as somebody hadn't shown up and the ulcer had nearly gone. All in all very good vets, receptionist very nice, will visit again if we need to whilst on holiday next year. Thanks

fantastic vets, we are on holiday near Barmouth and our dog strained her leg while hiking, we were seen within an hour of turning up, lovely and friendly staff and not too expensive. Thank you for all your help.
