We like going here as we have a dog who is reactive towards other dogs and so we feel it's less stress for her. It certainly was less stress in Covid times. The waiting room is now open though and staff were very understanding when our puppy decided to wee in every nook and cranny possible. Staff very friendly and we got answers to all our questions and worries for our puppies first year and our other dogs teeth problems. Thank you again

Nice extension to Stowe vets. Tiny place just next to Needham lakes. Staff are great ( even when your dog wees up the fireplace 🙄) it's a vets and as such not cheap.

When we took our kitten for her health check the vet was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and supportive with us and brilliant with our little kitten. I have the privilege of looking after 2 Westies who I adore ,for a friend , and I have now got them for 5 weeks while their owner is Australia. After just 1 week,to my alarm both have picked up health issues in the last couple of days and after a sleepless night I decided the only way to answer my questions was to see a vet. The Mustard Pot is local to me rather than their existing vet which involves a 45 mile round trip. I arranged consultations for both dogs Before the consultation their current medical notes were requested from their existing vet and were accessible during my visit. I arrived with my own notes from research on the internet , my observations and a ton of questions , both Dogs were examined concerning all my issues and every question I asked was answered to my complete satisfaction . The Vet ( Im sorry I can’t remember his name) has a terrific bedside manner if you can call it that. He took the time to take my issues seriously and answered everything. I feel like I Got terrific value for money even allowing for the prescribed medication. If you are local and need a Vet give this practice a try
