It was a kind and friendly place and so helpful . They tell you what kittens and cats they have let you have a look around and the staff are so friendly. It is not a big place but they have a second site and if you want to go there they will book you in for a visit .

This place is amazing with responses of how to look after your pets and where to get information about if your pet needs to go to a vets or something. The cats are always there to be taken from the cages which is one amazing thing. We are off again today to adopt another lovely cat or a kitten. But last time when we went in we couldn’t see any so that’s pants. We thought about not going back there but in the end we decided to go again today.

Brilliantly helpful team. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, and made my daughter's experience of adopting her first pet cat a real joy. The cats are in a lovely environment and the whole place is just fab!

We went to look around to adopt a cat after having to put ours to sleep. The staff are pleasant and helpful, we looked at 4 cats on the Saturday and returned on the Sunday with our daughter. She fell in love with a ginger pair that are now with us. We were disappointed we couldn't take them straight away but completely understand why, with paper work to sort and they had injections to have. If needed we would go back again to adopt and advise others to do the same. It's lovely Bd clean and all the cats are loved and well looked after. 5*

A family of three eagerly looking to adopt a cat. Tiny reception where two other families were crammed in, filling in forms. Although there were cats up for adoption, because my (calm and well-behaved) son is 8, they were reluctant to give us an older cat, and because we both work during the day a kitten wasn't suitable either. Adopting a cat has turned out to be a real challenge, we've given up looking for now.

My daughter...who has Aspergers Syndrome..and I went up here to visit with a view to adopting 'Snowy' a beautiful FIV boy. Steve and Catherine greeted us warmly and chatted to Amali about all the cats in the centre while I filled out all the paperwork. Snowy was housed in a two part spacious area with comfy bedding and toys. He was very shy and wary of us at first but i know that with lots of patient TLC he will soon settle into his forever home. It was so evident from our visit that the staff here are dedicated to providing a loving and safe environment until new owners are found. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would ! PS We are picking Snowy up on Tuesday !

This branch took in two cats, Oscar and Suki, who I needed to re-home after their owner sadly passed away.The staff were brilliant from beginning to end and the cats were cared for in lovely, safe and clean accommodation until they went to their new home. Thank you for all your help.
