I usually use medivet in syston but when I took my staffy girl for a visit the vet I saw (Sergiu) was based at the Thurmaston branch so we took her there for a drain to be put in her leg. A complication from a cyst being removed from her front elbow. Sergiu was brilliant with Summer, she is an anxious vet visitor but she really took to him. All the staff at both sites are really good. There is parking available, the waiting room is quite big so you arent sitting on top of each other. There is plenty of space if there are other people and pets in the waiting room. I've now moved all 3 of my dogs from syston to Thurmaston. Can not recommend enough.

Excellent team of Vets and staff at the Thurmaston and Birstall practices. Can not thank them enough for the care and treatment my dog received when he was severely injured. The team at Birstall saved his life and the after care he received from the team at Thurmaston was second to none.

Gregs Vets- Friendly & professional welcome from reception staff is always a good thing, some other vets can be frosty and clinical. I find Greg the vet to be very helpful, calm and willing to listen. If some treatments are going to cost a lot more than the average treatment he makes you aware of prices as you go along which I like, as no nasty surprises later. Really happy with the care we get from Gregs. Emergency service would be a great addition to your services.

Greg's Veterinary Clinic is a lovely practice where the people are friendly and helpful. There is always a pleasant face to greet me as I arrive and the receptionist has helped with any issues I've had; resolving them quickly and efficiently. The vet and vet nurse are thorough, though gentle, in their examinations and leave me feeling reassured. I would definitely recommend them to any friends and family.

I came across Greg's when my own vet that I was using decided not to have specialised vets it never bothered to let me know and I was stuck with a sick degu who needed urgent treatment. I rang Greg's and although they are not specialist vets they came across very helpful and offered to check my Degu. They booked us in quickly and when we arrived they were very caring and helpfully. Greg knew what to do and treated my Degu gently while examined him. Since then I have been back lots of times and because I am a rescue he reduced his prices for me. What I think is great that I can contact Greg via email and send pictures so he can see the problem and advise if I need to visit again or not. Greg's Vets are the best and I would and do recommend them to everyone.

I took our elderly cat there today for the first time and they are fantastic. The receptionist (Jade I think) is lovely and friendly and listened patiently to my nervous waffling. Natalie the vet was so gentle and understanding and eased our poorly cats suffering by draining a very smelly abscess. Would highly recommend.

Great vet - highly recommended Our little puppy had to have his first operation the other day and Greg and Tammy immediately feel at ease and kept us updated throughout the afternoon. They even called the next day to see how he was doing. Oscar (our puppy) loves his trips to the vet, even after this experience. Thank you Greg and team.

We took our Staffy Roma to Greg's after the bank holiday after she had been hit by a car and was in a bad way, they were very thorough and acted immediately with xrays and scans and was operated on the same day. All the staff were absoluteluy fantastic with updating us on everything and allowing us lots of time to spend with Roma during her stay. We are pleased to say that Roma is now on the mend thanks to these lovely people. I recommend everyone to this brilliant, friendly practise. Thank you all again for what you did for Roma.

Moved my cat Luna here after a bad experience with Vets4Pets, and haven't regretted that decision for a second. At her first consultation, the Vet knew exactly what to do to sort a problem she'd had for months, and now she's finally doing much better. We took our 14year old Shih Tzu cross little dog Daisy to Greg's last Friday suffering from ? Cushings disease.. a mammary tumor acute bloating and generally pretty poorly Our daughter had been looking after her while we were away the previous week and had taken her to her vet,who was pretty certain she had Cushings disease and recommended blood tests, scans and an abdominal operation. We took her to see Greg. We were there most of the morning, He examined her extensively keeping us informed throughout. He said she would necessarily require all of the above treatment but he suggested that we talked it through with each other before we made any decisions and offered us his private room.He didn't think she was fit enough for an operation of any sort. We agonized and wept but the decision we came to was painfully obvious ,,as much as we loved her , it was no kindness to her to prolong her misery any further, She was ' put to sleep ' while I cuddled her ,, I have previously gone through this over the years with most of my dogs and can honestly say that this is what happened.. he put her to sleep ..a permanent sleep but the most gentle ,,tender painless procedure I have ever encountered.. if only we had this same option. ! I can not recommend this very nice genuine man more highly and also his team of polite kind and helpful young women.

Recently had to take my cat Harri to the vets after she fell out of a bedroom window. Amazing care shown to Harri and myself as her worried owner. The whole team is fantastic, very caring. Harri now fully recovered from her trauma. Would highly recommend

Excellent service and care for our dog Betts who had to undergo an operation to remove a suspect lump. Everything was done to ensure we knew exactly the situation and were able to make an informed decision on the treatment to be given. Betts couldn't have been looked after any better. Thank you to Greg, Tammy and Alisha. Betts is now recovering and will soon be chasing a ball around the field again.

Used to be Greggs vets, was sceptical at 1st when they changed over but really impressed with them and all our animals are registered there. Their prices are the same as always been as well

Exelent please cosider opening a branch near Skegness you guys are needed here did not know how well off I was with this vet until I moved to an un caring Skegness vet wish I'd stayed in Thurcaston fully recommend this vet
