We first saw Silvia Granauro at the Medivet surgery in Green Lane, Allerton. We thought we were on the point of losing our 15 year old Westie, Cassie. Silvia through her expertise, together with her extreme kindness literally saved Cassie's life. Now that Silvia works between Orrell Park and Anfield we are happy to travel to see her. We wouldn't take Cassie to anyone else. We can't recommend Silvia high enough.

Incredible friendly staff. You can really tell they love animals there. Every single member of staff was making a fuss over ever pet that came in. The Vet was super helpful and very gentle with my kittens first appointment which was free! I feel like my pet is incredibly safe hands when werew there.

Owners aren't allowed in with their pets atm due to covid. Poor Daisy was trembling and even though the vet has bought the treatment table out into the waiting room and you can see what's happening it's still not a good experience seeing your pet frightened and unable to give them a reassuring pat or cuddle Other than that I feel Daisy was looked after and treated well

We sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved 16 year old Yorkshire Terrier, Rossco, recently. We could not have wished for a more supportive and understanding vets who saw us at very short notice. So professional, understanding and compassionate when he passed away. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Been using for over 20 yrs very friendly and helpful excellent with pets and explaining procedures needed etc doing really good packages at the moment for injections and flea and worming treatments from 12.50 per month which fully covers all treatment of the above for a full year.

Our usual vet, Staff are excellent and treatment is as well. Our pet is well known (unfortunately) and unusually for an animal he is quite happy to visit (I think). For the treatment and staff I would definitely recommend this practice
