L. C.I have two cats, Mabel and George, who are registered with Greg at this clinic. This year George has been a regular visitor as he has Chylothorax. On each visit he has been thoroughly looked after and his symptoms have abated with regular medication. Vets are expensive, all of them, they are after all private (animal) doctors who learn about many different physiologies. However, Greg has even suggested that I get some medication online as it's cheaper, which shows me that he's more interested in my cat's wellbeing than money. I recommend this vet.
C. P.Very efficient and helpful. Reasonable prices with a good range of pet supplies if needed. Staff very friendly and caring towards the animals. Highly recommended.
D. V.Tried at least 4-5 clinics in my area. This the the best hands down. Very helpful staff and the doctor himself. No BS charges for an appointment if nothing has been done. I was given advices over the phone on multiple occasions, other places would book an appointment and charge at least £30 for few questions and then do "basic" observation to justify the appointment price. Cannot be thankful enough to Greg and his team !

R. T.I have only good things to say about this vets, I've been going there for over 15 years since I moved into the area. Open on Saturdays and Sundays which is brilliant and so easy to park. I was treated with compassion and kindness when Bella was diagnosed with Cancer, she went on to make a full recovery. Didn't hesitate to register our new puppy Bruno there.
S. R.Have taken our 2 cats here for the last 15 years, Greg is an excellent Vet, and the support staff are very friendly and helpful. He saved the life of one of our cats when he was only a year old, he's 15 now and still going strong. We're forever grateful for that.
H. G.I have just visited this vet for the very first time as my cat was found dead in someones garden. I phoned the vet up and a sweet sounded woman answered and was very kind to me over the phone. When we arrived with our deceased cat the vet called us in straight away thoroughly check our cat Cindy over and gave us a reason as to why she died. When given the option whether or not to keep the ashes he told us it costs a lot, he didn't seem like a money grabber at all. When we got home the phone rang he said our card was declined and dealt with the situation in a professional manner even apologizing to us when we had to wait for him to put the details into his computer! Our card was then accepted, so just make sure before you leave that the payment goes through, as it may have been their machine that is faulty as we had money in the bank. I will be taking my other animals there as I do own a lot. They are also open on Sunday and have emergence openings which is extremely useful if you own dogs/cats, there's nothing worse than a tragedy happening and having to find a vet that's open, but knowing they deal with emergencies puts my mind at rest. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you Burnt Ash Vet for your brilliant service today.
M. T.sorry but i completely disagree. i have been using this practice for over 20 years, i have found Greg to be very professional on every visit. he is not "rude/unfriendly" he is not there for a friendly chat is he !. my cats have received excellent treatment and care
and will continue to do so i hope for a long time.
J. S.Quick appointment although they were fully booked but it was an emergency and they squeezed us in on a Friday, covid 19 safe practicing, very reasonable prices and our cat is 100% better after their treament we will be using this vet more regularly for our cat needs.
J. S.Cat was unwell and given the restrictions with covid, I was concerned that she would not be seen.
Happy that we could drop her at the door and after 10 minutes we were on our way home.

P.Not bad but to much money they charge

C.I find the binary points on here really weird but I wonder if its because Greg is not, imho, by any stretch of the imagination a people person he's far more interested in the animal than in the owner we are merely a mechanism by which necessary medications are administered after the animal leaves his care and he isn't ever entirely convinced we are up to the job... I wouldn't go anywhere else
