I have been with Companion Care New Malden for the last 14 years and have always been really impressed by their service. I can always get an appointment when required, the staff on the phone and in person are really friendly and polite and the prices are fair.
I recently had to have my 14 year old Labrador put down with them and I was overwhelmed by Ruth's sensitivity and kindness. She made him so comfortable and happy by providing him with an endless supply of food and we were allowed as long as we liked with him. It was the hardest thing for me to go through but Simon, my Labrador was blissfully content and unaware with a full tummy!
Thank you so much to Ruth and all who work there for all your love and kindness over the last 14 years.

Our vet was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring to both our pet and myself and I felt fully confident in the treatment provided and the after care offered, which ultimately we didn't need as our pet recovered fairly quickly.

The Vet (Ruth) was very sympathetic, explained everything clearly and came across that she had our dog'd best interest at heart. Very highly recommended following our dog whom had gotten hold of a grape. Brilliant service

As usual, staff were friendly and helpful. Reception staff welcomed us. Vet explained things clearly and had obviously looked at Monty's history prior to visit. I was set up on health plan and this was explained and is great value plus spreads the cost for me.

Max is always incredibly helpful, personable and knowledgeable which is invaluable as first time bearded dragon owners. The reception staff are always helpful and we have always managed to get appointments when needed.

Dolly our puppy shi-poo loves coming to see Ruth and we are always reassured and happy when we leave. She also sees our ragdoll cat Lindor. We have phoned up on the day and managed to get appointments with little issues twice and have managed to get fitted in. We wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Thank you all.

My dog is a rescue and terrified of coming into the surgery. Every vet we have seen at Companion Care has been willing to examine him in the back of our car. This is much appreciated, it makes a frightening experience for him much less stressful. The service has been excellent even to the point of knowing their limitations and referring him out to Fitzpatrick's for specialist imaging and neuro surgery.
The one time he got into a fight with another dog and needed a couple of stitches in his ear they had him in and fixed him up with minimal delay. Good people who care. Would recommend.

Very quick to be seen, vet was very pleasant and explained things if i asked questions.
My cat was less stressed as examination was quick.
