Thank you Ctvets Martina for coming out to Hanwell late on a Wednesday evening. Had tried on 3 occasions to get our cat Floki into the carrier for a vet visit. Recently rehomed and still very anxious so getting him into a cat carrier was always going to be difficult. His dermatitis is much improved and he seems much happier and no new sores or fur loss observed. Still giving the treatment prescribed. Will certainly use you again. Extremely grateful. Also can I say receptionist was very prompt and helpful in dealing with emails and insurance claim.

I have lost hope as my rottie cross stopped walking and none of the local vets would come do a home visit. Martina arranged a virtual visit on the same day and came to see us the next day. She put him on strong medication, and a few days later he's hopping around again. I honestly didn't believe this would happen. Stefano, I cannot thank you enough for your dedicated treatment of my two elderly cats over the last few months. You have been so fantastic with them both and have always made them as calm as possible on your visits with your caring and patient manner...including me as a worried owner I might add, when I was in a anxious state about them! I lost my dog Daisy through a brain tumour. She hated going to the vets, the smell of the clinic used to scare her silly. When she was very sick, I asked Martina at CTvets for advice, straight away Stefano came to try and treat her. I think he knew she wasn’t going to make it, he gave her strong painkillers and something to make her comfortable just to give me a few more days with her. The next day, I accepted that she won’t get any better and needed help to pass over. I called Stefano to tell him it is time now, he gave me a few more hours with her first (I don’t think he likes this part of the job much either). Anyway, when he did give the injection, the whole family was there which was a great comfort to my dog, she just slide away peacefully in my arms. I never got to thanks Stefano properly for taking care of everything. He took the body away to be cremated and brought the ashes back. So thank you Stefano, for everything and for giving us and my dog comfort to be able to have her at home where she belong.

My wife and I had long been looking for vets who could assist us with the numerous issues our beloved Camilla (a 10 year old King Charles) is dealing with. Unfortunately she is affected by an extremely serious heart condition and, while we don't know how long she will continue to be with us, we are all too aware that she's terminal. Given Camilla's state, we cannot take her easily to the clinic, especially as she needs weekly procedures to drain a recurring ascites, and also to keep her vitals under control. We came across Stefano and Martina a few months ago, and we feel blessed we met them. Not only are they deeply knowledgeable and passionate about their work, but they also provide a home service that minimises stress for our dog, in a safe and familiar environment. Even more importantly, Martina and Stefano are always available. They will always spend that extra time to explain things and make you and your loved pet feel as comfortable as possible. There are always issues we have to deal with because of Camilla's poor health. But sure enough, without Martina and Stefano, Camilla would not be here by now. Professional but also humane - the latter not been so frequently seen, especially at emergency practices - Martina and Stefano have made a real tangible impact on our lives and that of Camilla. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you for taking so much good care of our sweetheart Camilla!

Stefano and his knowledge of animals is over and beyond. He was unbelievably patient with my nervous dog Sloane. Stefano was very calm and understanding with both of us even tho Sloane is a pretty big dog. Last month, we moved to Hounslow and looking for a new vet in the area we found CTvets. We couldn't be happier. My dog got her first visit incredibly quickly. Best Vet service I have ever had! From the call handlers to the vet, I received the most efficient and compassionate service. Two days ago I had to say goodbye to my fur baby and it was one of the hardest days of my life. I have a hamster and needed a vet during lockdown. I found Ctvets searching online and I couldn’t be happier. They are very reliable, always available, extremely professional. You can do online visits or they can come to your house to check on you pets. Also, I have been sent medicines that I needed in less than 24h. It is not easy to find a good vet for animals such as hamster, and I wouldn’t trust for anyone else taking care of him. Absolutely recommended!!

I’ve adopted a 13-year-old cat in 2016 and have used CTvets services since. Whenever I needed advice or have had any questions about caring for my pet, they were more than happy to take the time and explain everything to me. I really appreciated that on several occasions I was told very directly that if I want to insist on a home visit they could come over, but the advice would be exactly the same as given to me free over the phone. It’s hard to find many honest businesses like that. I also give CTvets top marks for professionalism - from annual injections to emergency surgery - they were always spot on in their assessment, treatment and aftercare. I find their pricing to be reasonable too. In fact, except for vet Stefano’s hair cut - I honestly cannot fault these guys. Highly recommended!

My cat is extremely frightened of vet visits and doesn't like being around other cats, so you can imagine how hard it is to give her proper medical care without causing distress. Stefano was amazing from the second he walked in our house. He let her come to him on her own terms and gave her the best and most thorough exam she's had in years! Stefano at CT Vets is fantastic. Highly experienced, with a reassuringly calm manner and astute judgement. Initially brought in for a second opinion, he was able to offer and perform treatments at home that were less invasive than those suggested by another vet practice. I cannot praise this vet enough. Stefano has been my go to vet since I broke my foot 18 months ago and couldn't get out my house to take my kitten at the time to a normal vet. Since then he got me through my cat's allergies and today came at 5pm to look at my cat after he fell out a window. He swiftly took him for xrays and returned him to me at 9pm. Excellent service. I could never go back to a normal vet practice. This is a real personal service. Stefano gets to know you and your pet. Where do I begin to try to explain how amazing Stefano is .anyone who truly loves their pets or in my case babies would of heard of Noel Fitzpatrick the super vet who has always been my hero. Well not anymore is he as I have a new hero Stefano this amazing man is a gift from god for animals & distraught owners as in this trouble world he was the ONLY ONE to help and be willing to do a home visit for my darling precious baby teddie my 10year old chihuahua.other vets said bring him down and leave him in the car park and we will collect teddie from there ffs my darling boy was dying and they wanted me to leave my boy on his final journey shame on them I would have worn gloves mask apron a bodysuit if needed but no I was not allowed to accompany my boy. Then after video & telephone consultations Stefano came to visit me at home all the precautions was taken by him to protect not only himself but also me from covid19 The way Stefano treated and cared for my teddie was outstanding,compassionately and with sincere love & kindness that only a true animal lover would understand & appreciate And may I add not in it for financial gain as in today’s world so many vet practices are and I know by experience. Amazing Vet, As an owner of a 45kg GSD that is very difficult to take to the vets, as he gets totally stressed out, I was told about mobile CT VETS. I taught I would give him a ring and explain the situation and he came to my house on a home visit. Was very very impressed on meeting Stefano. Extremely friendly and more importantly he spent time getting to know my GSD Prince. Playing foot ball and giving him treats. Well, yesterday I was in floods of tears being told my my vet practice that I need to put my cat down that night. They couldn’t come as shutting and wouldn’t come today either being a Saturday. They gave me the number for Stephano ( sorry I may have spelled wrongly ) and CTVETS. I have rated Stefano & Martina five stars for their excellent care of our cats. A few weeks ago my cat, LuLu, began vomiting and losing weight rapidly. She was listless and withdrawn from us, which is completely out of character for her. My local veterinarian wanted to immediately run xrays and scans on LuLu to determine the problem. I felt uneasy doing this. My cat is very timid with people other than us and this methodology would have been very unsettling for her. I also wasn’t sure that approach to veterinarian medicine made sense at that stage. I do not agree with aggressive and invasive medical approaches as first port of call regarding my own health, let alone my pets, so I called Stefano & Martina hoping to get LuLu looked at as soon as possible. Stefano arrived immediately within a few hours of my call. He checked her over and suggested a gentle approach to discovering the reason behind her symptoms. It took two weeks of varying degrees of treatment for LuLu to improve and to find the cause of her illness. She would have died if Stefano had not intervened in the manner he did. He realised immediately she needed an IV for lack and loss of fluids and we managed to do this at home where she was most comfortable. Before LuLu’s situation could worsen Stefano worked diligently to run varying tests that were as non-invasive as possible, yet necessary and not frivolous (we also had a budget to stay within). He was very proactive in making LuLu comfortable during her illness (a severe case of pancreatis). After two weeks, LuLu’s situation improved so much that you couldn’t tell she’d been ill, apart from weight loss. We know for certain that Stefano’s gentle approach to veterinarian medicine is not only the right thing to do, but is good for his patients too. He worked hard to help LuLu and ensured we knew what was happening at all times. We can’t thank Stefano and Martina enough for all that they’ve done. We have not only found the best vets in the business, but we’ve also made friends with Stefano and Martina. Lucky for us Stefano is currently treating our asthmatic cat, Sweet Pea. Stefano has even managed to teach us how to get Sweet Pea used to accepting her treatments via a feline inhaler. Miracles do happen – big and small :) TS - Wandsworth, SW18

Stefano treated our very poorly cat a few months ago. Instead of telling us we must put her down (she was very skinny and it may have meant an injection to the heart as finding a vein to insert a cannula would have been hard), he suggested that as another option, to give her a high dose of pain relief every few hours and monitor her for 24h. He said you can call me anytime that you feel she needs an intervention, on his mobile etc. She slipped away within 24h without the trauma of being PTS for both us and her. She was an old lady and died next to my mother who she had slept with every night for years. We couldn’t have asked for a more dignified and peaceful passing and having a home vet meant our little cat didn’t have the stress of being taken in the cat carrier, which she hated, and then being examined on a cold hard table. Will only ever use this vet in future as long as we live in the area. Felt he will always do the best for the animal and not just the easiest / convenient option.

Not really sure where to start but I’ll give it a go... firstly CT Vets (both Stefano and Martina) are the most talented, caring, competent, professional, empathic veterinary surgeons you’ll ever experience. The quality of their clinical care is nothing more than OUTSTANDING. In short, they worked miracles on my 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel (Jack) who is still alive today solely down to Stefano’s and Martina’s care…. So here’s Jack’s story…. Jack suffered a very aggressive insult to his liver following Enucleation Surgery (most probably caused by either the aesthetic or pain relief). He was diagnosed with acute liver failure on the 15th November. At the time he was under the care of Elizabeth Street vets located in Belgravia SW3 and had also been referred to the RVC Queen Mothers Hospital located in Potters Bar. He was admitted into Elisabeth Street vets on the 15th November and was put on Aqupharm fluids for 3 days (in addition to a very basic degree on additional therapy). This didn’t really have any effect and his ALT / AST / Bilirubin levels etc. all kept increasing exponentially. He was then re-admitted and the treatment was repeated but this time for 5 days. Again, this did not have any real positive impact. He was then referred to the RVC (again) and had an ultrasound – which really only corroborated the fact that he had a very very serious and acute case of liver failure. He was given additional therapy / medication and I was sent on my way. During all this time Jack was not eating anything at all and this continued for another couple of days following the ultrasound. On the 25th November, the only option both Elisabeth Street vets and the RVC gave Jack was euthanasia – however Jack was still alert and ‘alive’ hence I refused to have him put to sleep. Of course, my options were very limited – but then Stefano was recommended to me. I contacted him that evening and he came to assess Jack at my house – immediately. AMAZINGLY – Stefano immediately put him under very aggressive therapy at my house and also taught/trained me how to care for Jack, manage/change/flush the fluids, give him subcutaneous injections, etc. Jack was on fluids for 5 whole weeks (2 litres per day). Stefano continuously monitored Jack’s bloods but his bilirubin levels were still increasing (by now they had increased from 20 to over 300!). Throughout this time – Stefano was researching alternative evidence based medicines and engaging other specialist veterinary surgeons. As a result of his dedication – he had identified a steroid that could potentially work albeit the use of [these] steroids in this context was very controversial. By the 28th of December – Jack’s condition had unfortunately deteriorated to a level where euthanasia was really the next step. BUT - after very careful consideration, we decided to take the risk – and administer the steroids. Miraculously Jacks liver started to regenerate – and today – he is almost back to normal!!!!! The journey is still not over – but we are over 3 months through it! If it was not for Stefano – Jack would not be alive today. In all honestly – words CANNOT describe how I feel and how much I respect both Stefano and Martina. If you have a pet and you want the best possible care – I seriously advise you to look no further than CT Vets. Stefano and Martina are also available 24 hours a day. This level of consultancy/access is absolutely priceless (and unprecedented). During the more difficult times during Jacks care – I was contacting Stefano up to 10 – 15 times per day (all included within his prices). I love Jack very very much and I owe so so so much to both of them. THEY ARE TRULY MIRACLE WORKERS. THE BEST VETERINARY SURGEONS ON THIS PLANET.
