I would like to thank the lovely vet last night and lovely receptionist too. It was time for my beautiful old girl lady my dog to have her put to sleepxx they showed kindness compassion and were so lovely they saw my girl last night within a few hours... I cannot not thank them for enough to let me with with my girl in her last moments.... thank you again you were wonderful ❤ 💖 this hospital is the best!@

The staff were fantastic they understood our anxiety of taking our cat in and understood our cat's needs. He was taken into a quiet room with music and given food when he came around from his neutering operation. I cannot praise the team enough . Amazing and brilliant.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to work and my low income status means I can benefit from using the Harmsworth Hospital. During lockdown, I was forced to use the local privately owned vet as the Harmsworth was closed. Personally, I feel the Harmsworth hires vets (I've dealt with four now), who seem more in-tune with my dog. Camilla especially, is an amazing vet. I have complete confidence in her and trust her implicitly, which is a rarity for me. I feel blessed to be able to take my dog to be seen at the Harmsworth and I'm so grateful for their care.

There is a lovely female vet here who is actually such a lovely individual, I've never met a vet like her, she was so reassuring. Pretty much managing my emotions, my kids emotions, on top of my cats operation schedule. Such a sweet soul, I would highly reccomend this vetenary they are fantastic. I wish I had taken her name to give her due credit...what a positive aura she had. Completely trusted her and my cats operation and it all went swimmingly well. Thank you Hamsworth

Last time i was not given enough tablets for my pet, was told if he still coughs call back for more which doesn't add up or make sances. Next time i hope for better.

Don't help people in trouble. Their acceptance criteria have been really restricted. I've been going they're for years for treatment for my cats. Last year, I desperately needed them, my cat was in a lot of distress, she needed help. I got told from reception I didn't quality for help as I wasn't on the required benefits any more, I used to get help when on WTC, which I was at the time, I was told to find a private vet which I couldn't afford, I only worked part time then due to my disability My beautiful little girl died in my arms. To me, that was a cruel act from the RSPCA and life was lost high could have been saved.😪😪😪😪🤤

The Harmsworth Animal Hospital was the only place that was willing to help. I travelled from NW London to get there. That tells you how fab they are. Lovely staff working and most likely devoted to the Hospital. The poorly cat who wandered into our garden for help, andwas taken to Harmsworth. 1st thing the young staff member said " he needs a bath. After a tussel with a fox the night before just what he needed, his skin was in a bit of a mess. Reassuring that they would do all they can for thd the little cat. Such a peace of mind that he was taken in there. Well done to all at the Harmsworth. Xc

I have always given 5 star to harmsworth, sadly they let me down this time at 1am emergency service I was made to feel like a crazy cat lady, didn't listen to my concerns, cat in good health for age, they said by Sunday he was comatose Monday morning I lost him. Your fur family only hurt you once, that's the day you lose them. 💔

I originally called in at around 7pm they only had one vet on and working full capacity but it didn't stop the lovely lady on the phone directing me to multiple other places and being incredibly compassionate. After almost 3 hours calling around everywhere (I mean everywhere) no one would take my poor cat Mr Burns. I rang back up and was seen within half an hour - everyone I spoke to was so caring and thoughtful. I really felt Burns was in great hands and would definately recommend this place to everyone and to donate where possible. The fees take into consideration if you are on housing benefits and universal credit - especially for a late night emergency situation the price was reasonable and what I could afford. They gave me a recommendation to another clinic as they were unable to put me on their books - also every single member of staff was incredibly knowledgable and experianced. Burns was in and out very fast, I can't thank them enough!

It was my first time to a veterinarian practice and I was secretly dreading it as I was anticipating strong animal smells and agitated animals but it actually smelled fresh and looked clean. The waiting area has a small room divider for cats & dogs. Initially it was a little difficult obtaining an appointment as the phone line was always busy. I had to try around 5 times or more. Once I got through it was plain sailing, from the warm professional receptionist to the Vet, I couldn’t have asked for more. We were seen promptly and I was given all the information I needed. Fives starts despite the difficulty with getting an appointment.

They have always gone above and beyond for my pets — be it offering surgery for my gerbils, euthanising them with kindness and care or dealing with an emergency with my dog. It really shows how much they love animals and how much care they put into each and every consort and I feel like it is a privilege to be able to use them. Thank you!

Always take my dog here. Now that it is by appointment only it's much better. You hardly have much waiting time. I always find the people working there very friendly and patient with the animals. The charges are very fair and reasonable compared to a private vet.

Go where you want and search where you can but you will never get the love and attention for you pet as this place gives. Thank you all at Harmsworth Hospital for looking after my Yorkie Ben. He went to Yorkie Heaven in 2012 at age 18 years. RIP Ben you are never forgotten.

Great vet, affordable and efficient. If making a visit make sure you fulfil their criteria of being on a suitable benefit (e.g. JSA, Income Support, Pension Credit (not Private). You'll need to bring proof of this and ID. The introduction of an appointment system is now used at Harmsworth (something that wasn't a thing a few years ago) and it's the most ideal thing that they've changed. So don't forget to call up or else there could be a very long wait! Awesome vet, one of the best I've used!

My dog became paralysed and I rushed him to the harmsworth and even though I do not receive benefits they cared for him in his last couple of days before sadly he had to be put to sleep. The vets were wonderful and gave us as time as we needed to say goodbye to him and explained everything that would happen towards the end.I am very grateful to them and would like to thank them for their help for looking after my kye kye.

I believe they could use two vets on call instead of one... I'm also sure it's not because they don't want to ... Funds are not what they used to be and RSPCA needs our help... JUST MY OPINION..

Make sure you take ID passport utility bill,and if your not working job seekers allowance paperwork or universal credit or anything else that you could be on. Otherwise you won't be seen. Also you might have put down a deposit so take some money with you or a bank card .

I remember harmsworth when u had to go there in the mornings and wait most of the day to be seen by a vet it's now appointments only which is a lot better I have received a good service from them I'm on benifets I hate it myself having to pay less for the bills but I do some donations the only thing that needs addressing is trying to get threw to them waited 50 minutes on the phone and no one answered

Be prepared for a long wait on the telephone and sometimes several cut offs and retries before you finally get to speak to somebody. Once you have an appointment the service they provide is fabulous.

Don't be stupid, rspca need money, what you think the doctors, housing and medicines are, free, anyone who slags these caring people off do not deserve to own animals as money means more to them than their pet. I found a cat with a broken pelvis dragging itself across a road, doctor said that it had a lot of muscle waste so it must of been like that for a couple of weeks, so the public must of seen this cat and ignored it, so were was all you pet lovers then.....if it was'nt for the rspca, etc most animals in the uk would been suffering like many do, look at the owners before slagging the rspca off, I will be leaving all my assets to the rspca when i past away....Get over it! ....trubz in your case the F means fool?
