Goddard Vets - Thamesmead Branch WOW! What a brilliant vets, form start to finish these are honestly one of the best I have ever been to. I've had many rescued cats/dogs over the years and none have ever received as amazing care as at Goddard Vets! I found three abandoned kittens early last year and had all three neutered and microchipped at Goddard Vets in Thamesmead and what an amazing and efficient practice it was. Friendly staff, excellent communication, quick and efficient care for my pets, clean and nice practice, follow up aftercare was so useful and painless for my kittens & check ups etc were all perfect. I have never had a vet who showed as much care for my pets as here! Truly an amazing vets, highly recommend the Thamesmead Branch. Thank you Goddard Vets & Staff at Thamesmead! You made three kittens feel very safe, calm & as pain-free as possible! Amazing surgery with super quick healing. 10/10

what a lovely vets had my beautiful boy neutered. Never took him for 3 years because I did not see the point if he never really wants to go out. But he looked depressed and always meowing so had him done. (First photo before second one after) he actually plays now. The hole experience was lovely considering how busy they are so professional and genuinely seem lovely .. lady who I first see when I took to the appointment don’t no her name but she was amazing. Also Jessie replying to my emails was almost instant and very helpful. Also the price was not what I expected very cheep considering the difference it has made. Thanks guys

Registered my cat here after seeing the great reviews! Lovely, clean waiting area and really friendly staff. Very impressed with their level of care and the vets attentiveness to my concerns. My car has no air conditioning and on the short journey there, my cats temperature had gone up. They provided wet towels with an ice pack to put in the carrier to take him home in. It made his journey home much better. Thank you so much!!

Very friendly & helpful staff. I am very pleased with their service. My dog was stressed out while visiting but the vet Nicola was very professional, patient, calm & composed. My previous vet clinic used to call my dog names which I wasn’t happy about but never had such experience from Goddard’s. Nicola & other staff was very friendly, professional and patiently answered all my queries & helped to arrange all documents needed.

My dog is 3.5 years old now and has been going to goddards since we found her at around 4/5 weeks old. I couldn’t fault the vets at all or goddards as a whole. You hear horror stories about some vet practices but not this one!!! This is why we travel the next journey to come here xxx thanks guys for looking after our fur babies x

Highly recommend, not every vet is knowledgeable about hamsters but both vets we have seen have treated our boy with knowledge and respect. Thrilled to have found such a trustworthy vets office so close to home

Very friendly staff, put me at ease and answered all my questions. Checked 4 kittens and mum and gave advice on weening etc. Mum cat already booked in and this is definitely now my permanent vet's. Will be recommending to my friends and family

My lil jack russel Blu had a nasty case of fleas and had started chewing his tail and backend ..no matter what I tried nothing worked .. I was desperate and called Goddard they were excellent ..registered ..and saw Blu today .. we now hopefully have a flea treatment that's works .. excellent value pt plans as well ..5 stars from me ..

Wow. I came to these guys after using vet4pets and the difference is amazing. They give the impression that they care for the animal and not the money. I started taking my dog BENTLEY to them recently and their knowledge and care is very good. After only 4 visits. Was just given a complimentary consultation on these guys because they felt it wasn't right to charge after I had just been in to see them only a few days ago. Confident in these guys. If seen some post complaining about price. Maybe you can get treatment cheaper elsewhere but you won't see this level of care for the animal and warmth from the staff. Thanks.

The vet there at present is very good and I'm fussy with vets lol She is caring and good with the animals and seems very knowledgeable. I had to visit during lockdown and they are dealing with it wonderfully. Highly recommend

Amazing staff and fair prices. Always listened to me and answered any questions I had and if they didnt know something (we have a lot of exotics) they would ask the main Goddard Vets in Wanstead or research for us. Our dogs have behavioural issues and they're very understanding and patient, and work with us so that it is a positive experience for them, including letting me sit in the kennel with my boy when he was very sick and needed a drip and special food to help comfort him and encourage him to eat.
