This branch are the loveliest, kindest humans I've ever come across regarding a veterinary practice. I recently lost my cat Gizmo and was distraught. They went above and beyond to make sure that Gizmo and myself were comforted. I can't thank them enough.

Always on hand for the best advice and care for animals. Can be stressful when calling about a sick pet and they easily put my mind to ease. My cat was unwell and I had to go to emergency vet in Wanstead to be treated due to the severity of the symptoms. The lady who I spoke to called me to make sure we got sorted with the other branch as it was an emergency. This call was after they closed which I really took note of and didn't expect at all. I have been taking both my cats here for a few years and extremely happy.

Very good first time experience visiting the vet, the vet is very professional and gives away good advice and tips for taking care of the rabbits. She also check them throughly and carefully, got both of my rabbits vaccinated today. Will be coming back for their spayed/neutral surgery.

Spice, Chanson and now Rocket are being looked after well, the entire team both vet(s) as well as the vet nurses are helpful, answer any questions you may have and do care about your pet. Amazing staff working in the westham branch. Very caring and supportive. Explained the euthanasia procedure very thorough and cared for my little Rosie to the end. Super gratefull for a gracefull end of her life, as she was in gentle hands.

Mark and the team here are an asset to the company and brilliant at what they do. The team is very passionate and friendly and we always feel in safe hands. As well as general treatment they are also great with more serious problems. When our Jack Russell ate some plastic Mark prepped her and rang ahead to the hospital so when we got there she was seen and treated straight away and lived to tell the tale. I highly recommend this practice.

Really lovely friendly staff! They kindly helped me find the owners of a lost little chihuahua I had found. Even though they are not a rehoming centre they scanned him for a microchip several times and even contacted the Newham Animal Pound for me (where he was quickly reunited with his owner!). So thank you again. Will definitely be bringing my 3 cats / rabbits here for any future visits they may need :)

Mark is the best vet we have seen so far in London. He takes the time for you and your pet. He also remembers you so you don't have a feeling you are just a file. I do think he cares and this is what you want to look for in a vet. Go for Mark. Other vets are ok but Mark never disappointed us. Also they can send you prescription by email which can be helpful. I recommend it

Expensive service but very personal - you feel like the staff truly care about your pet as they call you and keep you nicely updated about your pet as they get results and updates etc about their situation. Also very easy to get an appointment! Just a shame that it's quite expensive as some appointments are only 5 mins and will still cost the full amount.

Mark Ricardo & his team are the best care team that any pet could ask for. They are understanding, thoughtful & sensitive where pets are concerned. I lost my 3 year old baby cat Angel nearly a year ago & I couldn't have asked for more understanding people to be around. I even got my next kitten from them.
