I’m so grateful we had Caroline’s support at our home when we needed it most. She is so kind, compassionate, caring, considerate and empathetic… and at the same time she brings a wealth of professional expertise. Most of all she brought love when we had to say goodbye to our dearly loved cat. Thank you Caroline ❤️🙏

We fist visited this practice on Monday in an emergency as our beautiful fur baby, Harvey, condition worsened and they provided us with advice based on what was best for him. Unfortunately we had to visit again today as it was clear his quality of life was awful and he was suffering. Upon visiting we were allowed to wait outside as the practice was busy with chatty dogs and a lovely vet with beautiful ginger hair came out to look and Harvry and discuss the process of laying him to rest. My mother (I couldn't face saying goodbye to him again) was able to enter a private entrance and spend time with him privately then leave through a private entrance. We were grateful for this compassionate approach. When paying the receptionist was also lovely offering her condolences and offering assistance if we needed it. The organisation made the process more it bareable. Would definitely recommend this practice as it's clear they love animals as much as we do.
