5* all round!!! The dog is is always so excited to go to the vets! :-) Hours are great and we can always get an appointment at short notice. We have been sending both our dog and cat there and have always felt very well cared for. I have found all of the vets very trustworthy and professional. They always give my animals the most lovely welcomes and are refreshingly honest with me, which I appreciate. I like the fact that the emergency vet has the same phone number (and software system) and are only just around the corner. During Covid, they have been incredibly helpful, with seating outside the vets for customers etc. We have been going to them for many years (even before they became a Medivet).

The Veterinary Doctor Natasha at Whitehart Lane practice is lovely. Always very happy, cheerful and takes her time to explain or help with any issues I have with my 2 dogs. All the other staff have also been wonderful to us.

The BEST vets I have ever used in all of my dog's 13 years! Raffles had major problems with his teeth (typical trait of the Cavalier King Charles breed) and despite his heart murmur and age, he received the most comprehensive and caring treatment from Natasha, Magda and all the team. Run and staffed by the most enthusiastic group of caring and genuine professionals in the business. I realised in adulthood that my career choice should have been down the Veterinary route, unfortunately that boat has sailed, however, working in a surgery such as Vets on WHL would have been what I would have aspired to do. We have a very stubborn rescue beagle with a difficult past, we get more nervous than she does as her behaviour in such a setting is very unpredictable; every member of staff has been sensitive to this and have seen past her as a problem and have treated her superbly, kindly and have helped her enjoy her trips to the surgery. Everyone there seemingly loves doing what they do, this is evident on how they manage their patients and clients. Always helpful from ailments to insurance and paperwork.

This place is great if you have a generally healthy pet and all you need is standard things like routine checks, vaccines, neutering, one-day treatments...etc this is a good place because they are responsive and friendly.

We travel for 30 minutes each way just to see Simon & Katy! By far the best vets around. Honest, helpful, kind, caring and many many other nice words! Parking can be tricky though. Careful of getting caught at the train crossing, sometimes 2/3/4 trains in a row!
