The team there is exceptional. Starting with the super friendly and helpful receptionist - who make every visit as stress free as possible - to the vet nurses who not only take care of my dog but me as well, making sure I understand all discharge papers and medications my dog needs. Our vets (Miha and Emma) are simply amazing. You really feel that they care for your pet. They never rush through appointments and make sure to answer every question. Absolutely incredible is that they also go the extra mile to consult with surgeons and physiotherapist - and keep me informed on those conversations - to make sure my dog gets the best care possible. I’m so happy to have found this amazing practice.

I have been taking my dog Charlie to Battersea Medivet for 8 years now - initially recommended by a good friend. Miha is an exceptional vet, and a beautiful person, so caring and always giving 100% every visit. This level of care and professionalism reflect on the culture of the whole team who are always nice, accommodating & super helpful. It is such a great comfort to be able to rely on your vet and trust that they will look after your furry friend with love and much care. My experience over the years has always been a high standard of care, professionalism and understanding. I haven’t had a single “bad” experience, not once. Any time I’ve called in to ask for advice or anything at all, the team were prompt to advise, help or even get back to me the same day with the right information. There have been times I have non - intentionally missed an appointment, and was treated with nothing but kindness. No matter how busy the team are, I have never felt rushed, and any time I needed an emergency appointment, they would find the time for Charlie to be seen. Prompt and efficient at communicating, and always transparent with their fees, making sure you are well informed before any treatment takes place. I honestly don’t know what more a person could ask for, I feel so lucky and extremely grateful! Thank you so much Miha and the team at Battersea - super grateful for your kindness and for always being able to walk away knowing that Charlie is well cared for, it means the world. <3

From my heart, Medivet Battersea and Camberwell have both been super amazing to us and our cats. We are now going to the one in Battersea and they are SOOOO welcoming and nice. It sincerely feels like home, and the staff like family. This is how they treat clients. I was amazed at how attentive and polite they all are. They even called to ask about our kitten now after it was really sick. I cannot thank the team enough for how they made us feel and the support they provided when we desperately needed it. Our cats were well looking after for sure. Its not only about them doing their work, they are actually caring and passionate about what they do. Always greeting clients with a smile when you walk in. Lovely vets practice in Battersea. Feels like someone's front room - all wooden floors, figurines of animals dotted around, fire in the corner. Lovely people on the desk and in the treatment rooms making more fuss over the animals than the humans! Doesn't have the sterile, linoleum, hospital smell that makes animals nervous. As a result, my dog loves going to the vet which is probably pretty unusual.

Miha and his team were totally amazing in the way they looked after Coco who suddenly suffered from a bout of severe pancreatitis. Coco is 14 years old.. and of nervous disposition! The team did everything they could to make a better, sometimes against all odds, she pulled through and so it was great to share Christmas with her. Every member of the team demonstrated care understanding and support during a difficult time. Highly recommended. Thank you

Best vet in London ! I used to visit medivet in battersea but after moving, we had to change vet.... but nothing compares to the level of service and professionalism that you get at this vet ( so we switched back). They genuinely care about your pet and it’s not just the hustle and bustle for the money which I find with a lot of vets in London. Friendly, approachable staff, COVID-safe / spaced out waiting areas - vets and receptionists take time to consult each owner and listen to concerns first, before examinations. Thank you for seeing Bandit even in these difficult times when some vets are only seeing ‘emergencies’ When it became apparent he needed his anal glands emptying I rang up and you saw him as part of his health plan as he was overdue his health check. We are happy to give Medivet Battersea our highest recommendation. About a month ago, we were forced to say goodbye to one of our cats and put her to sleep. The entire staff at Medivet Battersea were the kindest and most professional people, and my husband and I were so lucky to have chosen this practice as our vet soon after our move to London. On the day we said goodbye, they allowed us all the time we needed to be alone with her (and even let us bring our other cat so we could be together as a family one last time). We stayed well past business hours, but they were all incredibly patient and kind to us. We are still in so much pain from our loss, but we know without a doubt that we made the right decision because Miha and the staff presented us with all the options and gave us practical advice. We even received a sympathy card signed by the entire staff, which was an incredibly nice gesture. They didn't rush us with payment of the bill or with the disposition of her remains. They were empathetic and respectful during the entire ordeal. We are so, so grateful to them and know that their level of service - in good times and bad - is the best.

Dr. Miha and his team are the first ever vets which I have fully trusted. They have saved my dogs life on a couple of occasions - one an early diagnosis of pancreatitis which didn't even show in his initial blood tests. They always take the time to fully explain everything to us and always give us a series of options and prices. My dog - who has always feared trips to the vets before - literally barks with excitement every time we walk past the vets and wants to come in to say hi to the team. I cannot recommend them enough.

Doctors too take personal interest and are helpful. The Medivet sells food and toys for the pets which I found expensive compared to Tesco or Sainsbury or other pet shops. They don't insist or hard sell though. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

When the time comes and you know that you must say goodbye to a much loved (12 year old cat) who has been on borrowed time for the last 7 years, (anticipated he would not last six months at that time) due to a heart defect . I must share my experience with everyone. I have lived in Battersea for the last 10 years and have just recently changed vets to Medivet Battersea as they were recommended by a friend of mine. I did so a year ago and have never regretted it! They are so friendly, professional and helpful. ALWAYS with a smile, even when we are a bit grumpy towards them (quite the opposite compared to one of the other very well known clinics near by). They are not cheap but I rather pay more as the saying you pay for what you get proves true at Medivet Battersea!!!! Dr Miha Pungartnik and his highly dedicated team have completely turned around, and recently saved the life of, our much loved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from a rare and aggressive tumour. If it wasn't for Miha's skills and expertise, our Cavalier would not be here and thriving today. In addition, everyone on the entire team greatly cares about their 'patients' and closely follows your pet's journey. Miha and the team have been incredible over the years - more recently Miha diagnosed a difficult illness caused by poisoning - Boots my cat showed all the signs of a stroke which was in fact the poison from a spider plant - Miha gave her amazing care and she survived And shows no adverse signs of damage. The rest of the team really rallied around me as I had just gone through surgery and was not able to carry her or look after her - I can't thank them enough for looking after Boots during that period of time and the care they give Munchkin every 10 weeks when she requires steroid injections. As I can't carry the cats they always help me in and out of the clinic - I truly appreciate their support and care.

MEDIVET SAVED MY DOG's LIFE I have never completed a google review before but felt so strongly compelled to do so due to the outstanding care my Border Terrier, Bramble has received. During his routine annual check up, Medivet (Battersea) detected a life threatening condition, D.K.A. After 3 weeks of intensive care, he came home. Since that time, he has needed constant daily treatment and medication. He then went blind. Medivet referred him to the leading opthamologist in the South of England who holds one surgery a week in Hyde Park. His sight was restored and he has 90% vision back. Since that time, I have had to call on them frequently and Bramble was back in hospital last week. They are outstanding! I am so pleased with their care, their after hours support, their updates, their professionalism and most importantly, their skill. The team at Battersea have quite simply saved Bramble's life, saved his sight and saved my best friend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Louise Raynshaw
