The team here are excellent. We took our nervous little rescue cat along here for his vaccinations, and the lovely vet put him at ease right away. We were back home with a calm cat, and sense of relief in no time.

As others have said this vets is excellent. The staff here put you at ease and are very professional. I have a very nervous rescue cat and he's looked after every time I take him in for a check up. Recently he had a scale and polish and they kept me updated on how the procedure went and how he was doing.

Absolutely fantastic service from MediVet Greenwich. I looked at a lot of vets for my Fenchie puppy (Dexter) and opted for this vet due to a combination of location and recommendations. I am so happy, all the staff are amazing and Dexter genuinely loves going to the vet (yes really!!) I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. The vet speaks Spanish and Portuguese which was very helpful. The clinic is really nice with photos of the clients' pets and the members of the staff. I really like that as it shows that the clinic is more than a business!

We recently adopted a rescue cat and when she arrived with us she had a cut on her tail. We were obviously concerned so we paid a visit to MediVet the next day, described the situation and asked when the earliest was that we could get her seen to. They made space for us the next day and we returned with our patient. The vet gave her a thorough examination and listened to the circumstances surrounding the injury attentively. The cut was quite deep and required stitches so they advised us on the various courses of action and we opted for her to be operated on. That afternoon we received a phone call with an update which was very reassuring. She was in for an overnight and they invited us to check on her that evening which we did. After a night under observation we picked her up the next day and, on inspection, they have done an excellent job with the surgery. They gave us the medication, clear instructions and a goody bag for when she was hungry again. Since then she has made a full recovery and seems to be in excellent health. As a first time cat owner and having only had her for 48 hours you can imagine that this was incredibly stressful. However we felt we were in safe hands and they very kindly capped some of the cost for us because we didn't have time to take out insurance. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I found them to be professional, reassuring and invested in the well being of our little critter. Thanks to all the team, we will definitely call on your services again in our time of need.

Very personal approach, the vets and nurses are all so kind to the animals and have a great memory for past visits. Follow-ups have been quick and clear and their diagnosis and help with our dog's kidney disease has seen her make huge progress over the last 6 months.

I took my cat there for his shots. Simples. However, I felt like I was in a sales meeting. Trying to offer worm treatment, microchipping, pet insurance by the vet. It was unpleasant. Also, my cat is unusually lethargic tonight. Google tells me this can happen after their vaccine. The vet didn't inform me of it. The reception teams was nice.

The best vets imaginable...service and friendliness is amazing! Last check up for Parky the Patterdale, the vet was enthused to learn my daughter wanted to be a vet so sent her a little goody bag of bandages to practice at home!!

The vets were efficient, friendly and clearly prioritised the animals' comfort, not just for my own dog, Eddie, but for an elderly cat Olive who was early for her appt. but taken into the practice regardless so she wouldn't have to wait in the rain. Also the level of care Eddie received was fantastic and clearly explained to me, leading to the best possible outcome as his immediate care was great and effective, and I am now able to administer after care accurately and comfortably.

Brilliant vets - we have seen all three at the practice and they have all been great! We have two dogs with them, they have been excellent with both including our boy who can be very nervous. They also guided us through are girl's pregnancy and looked after the puppies.

On both of our visits so far, Antonio was great with my pup, really put him at ease and also put me at ease (I think I was more nervous about the needles than the dog was). Antonio clearly knows what he's talking about and explains things well and respectfully to me - I'd had a bad welcome's visit at another local vets and I'm so glad I didn't go back there and went to mediate instead. The ladies at the desk are always friendly and polite. I asked for a copy of Arthur's vaccinations and these were provided to me within the hour. I was v sceptical about going to one of the big chains, but it really doesn't feel like a large operation, it feel friendly and local. The rooms are clean and shiny with new looking equipment too.

Our pets are always so well looked after. The whole team at Medivet Greenwich give individualised care, they take the time to get to know the pet and their ailments and treat them with such kindness, compassion and dignity. A holistic approach is always the first course of action and our pets often respond well. They never try to force a specific treatment or product and always have our pets best interest at heart. Even if we lived in another county, I would happily drive my pets to Medivet Greenwich for treatment, as I always know they will get the absolute best care. And they love going to the Vet too!

My vet is lovely and great with our boys. He's very friendly and answers any questions you may have, no matter how silly. I had to call the Dalston branch on a Sunday as my branch isn't an emergency one and the nurse was absolutely lovely, she advised me and made it clear they were there should I need them. Not sold stuff you don't need (I've had lots of vet experience) and help where you do need.

Maisy has been coming since she was a 6-week old pup. She is now 9. I found a lump on her side on Monday, she saw the vet on Tuesday, underwent an op to remove them on Weds, X-rayed etc to check for anything else. Much better than BUPA with humans with cancer and, despite it all, Maisy still loves going to the vets! She has recovered brilliantly. Cannot fault the service and treatment that was given.
