We came here for an emergency appointment over a year ago after our dog was hit by the car. Staff took great care of our pet and us too! Quality of treatments/care/procedures and customer service was absolutely mind blowing and we haven't been to our previous vet ever since. Staff at Medivet Muswell is super friendly, they have great knowledge and what is most important they do care. I would highly recommend them!

Have been with this particular Medivet practice for 21 years, and though staff have come and gone, I have never received less than excellent care for my various pets. As it's a small practice you get to know the staff and they get to know your pets, and that counts for a awful lot.

Nurses are very attentive, nice and helpful. There was no problem finding a time and date for an appointment that suited me perfectly. Vet herself is a charming lady with obvious affection for animals. My pet wasn't afraid at all, even though the surrounding was new for her. I was given all the details concerning my pet in a simple, understandable way. Prices are very attractive. It was clear to me that people working there love what they are doing which makes both me and my pet fully satisfied.

They're an amazing kind team, so professional and knowledgeable. They have taken such good care of my little fur baby Ruben when he had a complicated eye issue last summer. They kept me fully involved in decision making and care planning throughout the 7 months. He ended up having a collagen graft at the main surgery in Hendon, with the nurses keeping him happy with lik e lix and calm as he'd developed a relatoonship with them by that point. I wouldn't go any else, even when I move, I will still come back.

I like this practice. The staff are attentive and care about you. There is parking outside. They have one regular vet and additional floater vets to cover the main vet's days off. Both regular vets I have seen there have been absolutely fantastic. The nurses are also lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone nearby. They are in close contact with the 24 hour hospital at Hendon and communicated throughout my cat's recent hospitalisations. The vet was even able to schedule a visit to see my cat at the hospital, but I was able to bring her home before this was necessary. The waiting room has two areas (for cats and dogs) separated by a divider. The consultation room is not huge but a good size. All medication I have ever needed has been easily available. They are also quick at ordering in prescription food. There is a downstairs where animals have operations and are kept for recovery.

Karolina and Laura look after my dog red and they’re so understanding that he was a rescued stray and are so soft and patient with him, they also explain in such great detail with me what’s going on when red doesn’t feel like himself and I fully trust them with him, been coming here for years with my dogo bandit that sadly past but he was an 11 stone bullmastiff and no one wanted to “ deal with him” because of his size, these guys fell in love, his best friend was Hannah here x
