M. S.Currently looking for a looking for a new vet as been going here for the last 8years with my dog and the quality has dropped and cost has gone right up now. Took dog in for health check and yearly jab the health check was just ears eyes teeth no checking around his tummy or what the use they use to do it's like you have a time limit staring in and out. The cost of his flea treatment for 3 months and yearly jab cost over £100 and then the vet she couldn't be bothered with looking at the lumps I told her I have found. I don't really want to take him back this year to the vets as I found them rude. They just seem to want the money. I wouldn't even recommend them to my friends who have dogs I tell them to look elsewhere
E. M.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, treatment for my dog has always been good but I’ve only given 3 stars as they never answer their phone!! How long can you keep ringing for until someone answers, their phone just keeps cutting off. They need a receptionist. Frustrating when you have a sick animal or need to cancel an appointment as I did today. Had to email instead.
B. D.We dropped in without an appointment and were made to feel welcome, the staff were friendly and helpful and reassuring. They supplied medication that my puppy required even though we were not booked in. The appointment that followed was also excellent the vet present answered all my questions and made me feel confident in caring for my new baby girl. The pricing is reasonable and the environment was clean and odour free. I would like to thank all staff supporting Rosie.
E. J.Lots of positive experiences with this vet for a range of issues for our two dogs. Staff are always accommodating and seem to genuinely care about the animals. Just wish it was open all day on Saturday!

Have been going for routine vaccinations with my kitten, who has turned one now, and today I had an emergency with him and they were brilliant. Thomas saw him straight away as soon as we got there when they opened, and carried out all the necessary checks on him to see what had happened to my little man. Lovely lady who works the reception too.

c. p.Lovely vet however while at the appointment our 1 year old chow chow had to be sedated. The vet told us to wait in the small waiting room while the sedative kicked in, knowing that he is aggressive towards people he was still happy for us to have him falling asleep, throwing up and pooping himself while people and animals were walking in and out of vet. It was causing him great stress and we had to leave and wait in the street. Our beloved pup was out cold in the middle of the pavement (my partner and I were in sheer disbelief with the whole situation) we then had to carry our sedated pup back into the clinic and wait for the vet to see us even though it was our appointment. After the whole ordeal I was charged almost £200 for the blood test.

J. F.Fantastic vets and nurses. They really care about the animals. My cat got hit by a car. I rushed him there immediately and they took over straight away. Can’t thank them enough for the wonderful treatment given to my cat.
M. M.I rate this vetinary practive highly because:
1. The admin team are excellent, really efficient, helpful and empathetic. 2. They do their best to give appointments as soon as they can
3. Thevets are, without fail, helpful, honest, sympathetic and explain everything very clearly
4. They don't try to bump up charges by recommending potentially uneccessary courses of treatment [unlike other practices I've been with.] The approach is more 'the problem seems to be X, let's try Y, come back so we can check. if it's OK then, that's great. if not, we might want to try Z'. This makes me feel the priority is the welfare of the animal, not grabbing more fees from potentially worried owners. They've always treated my dog and I kindly and with great care. I can't recommend them highly enough.
