Have always had good service and appreciate the fair pricing of this vet as we have been overcharged in the past by the bigger chains. We have only had to go for minor things like gastroenteritis and a broken dew claw and I’ve never had any issues with being seen quickly or the care from the vet or other staff.

Mill Lane have taken great care of our pets for years now. Josh and Sarah are both fabulous vets. They must have a new receptionist because the one I know has always been warm, welcoming and friendly and knew and loved the animals. The surgery has struggled during Covid as have all such services, but I have felt really grateful that both owners and staff were kept safe by their system of outdoor post-examination consults. I'm reading the recent reviews here and I wonder if some are related to the associate vet Anna, who is a little less sensitive in communication than Josh and Sarah. It's a different style to what we have been used to at this practice. So I try to find an appointment with the others. It's a shame if that's the case as this practice has built up a really solid reputation and it was really refreshing to find such a fab vets in London. It's very much worth sticking with the practice as they have a great deal of expertise and really care for both animals and owners. I wish them all the best to resolve recent issues but I am really grateful they are there and have provided such a brilliant service all these years.

The owner Joshua Rusnak is a star, basically a super vet. His extensive knowledge and experience will save you lots of money since he won't need to run as many tests as other less experienced vets. All the other younger vets who are being trained by him have a huge potential to become amazing vets too, under his supervision. Sadly, had a bad experience with Kat. My dog was really unwell, I had to support him on his legs cause otherwise he would have fallen, yet she came to the surgery door to talk to us 15 mins post our appointment time irritated that I hadn't been picking up my phone since she wanted to talk to me about our issue on the phone as opposed to in person. Probably covid scared... Her attitude lacked in empathy, was insensitive and her customer service skills were atrocious. I'd recommend avoiding her if you can.

Excellent vet practice. We have been taking our almost 6 year old Cockapoo to Mill Lane since she was 8 weeks old. Never had anything but wonderful service and the staff really care about our dog. We recommend Mill Lane without reservation. Much better than those chain practices.

Exceptional help when my cat got very ill from Dr Anna da Toma and the veterinary nurses at Mill Lane. The care was really fantastic, helping us take the right decisions with clear advice and transparent pricing. I would also say the initial costs of a consultation and basic medicine are very affordable and I would recommend this vet to anyone who lives in the area.

Josh and his team are great vets. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for years. One dog had a lump removed and another sadly had to be put down. Great service and a great local vet. Recommend.

Lovely vet, but one pet owner was rude. I took my cat for his usual injections and when I got there, this woman was sat in the waiting room with her two dogs. She looked at my cat in his carrier and said to her dogs, "There you go boys, some nice lunch for you".

The best vet in town...and I mean the whole of London. Cannot believe some of the negative reviews here; maybe pet (cat?) owners are understandably upset when their animals die..but this is life I'm afraid. The care I've had for my English setter dog has gone well beyond what you'd ever get from a private doctor for humans...where you're still lucky to get 20 minutes consultation...and a £250 fee!

Well. They are not too bad, bearing in mind the extortion business vets are in (ie, emotional indulgence for money) but last time the vet did not get the diagnosis right. Cat was not eating. Told us ancient (24!) cat had bowel cancer, would die in 3 or 4 days, gave us the weekend to nookie with her before bringing her back for the big goodbye injection. Well, I think it was actually a fur-ball, it's over a month later and our slightly senile companion is going strong... Miau! At least they *mean* well...

Wonderfull vets (both Josh & Ed) but don't expect to be seen on time - ever. Always running late. And it will take several weeks for an insurance claim form to be completed in order to send for reimbursement.
