It's with great sadness that our Louie lost his fight to cancer, but Nicky and all the staff at Norbury Pet Health Centre could not have been more loving and understanding when such a hard decision had to be made. Nicky and the team always provided our well loved louie with the best care and provided us with all the information we needed to know. We were always made to feel welcome and at the time we needed it they showed compassion and sympathy. I can honestly say everyone is so kind hearted and I'm so grateful and thankful for all their love and hard work.

This vets is without a doubt the most loving and caring vet that I have ever experienced. So much love care and understanding. I had to let my elderly dog move on to his forever home and this vet showed me so much time and patience.

Saw me VERY late despite me making appointment, I was stuck in waiting room with my stressed cat for 45 mins, they only ever have ONE vet for whole of practice, they don't let you come into consult room with them and your pet, saying the room is "too small". But the vet was very very good, patient, answered all my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable and diagnosed my cat and gave the needed medicine. If you come here expect to wait a very long time in the waiting room despite any appointment you make.there is a free car park outside the front of the vets which is good.

The best vetinary surgery in the area, kind, caring and professional, if you love your pet take them here, you will receive excellent service, great advice and you will definitely want to recommend them to all your friends. It's the only vets I know where the dogs are keen to go in as they love Nicki and her lovely team.

This is an excellent veterinary centre, Nicky always takes time to make my scaredy cat feel at home and has a lovely nature with the animals. She’s really knowledgeable and no question is too silly or too much trouble. The monthly payment plan is great including the yearly jabs and flea and worming Treatments, so I never run out! The vet nurses are always really helpful and friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 👍🏻

This vet is an amazing find. It is so hard finding someone in whom you can trust the care of your pet (in my case a very precious little cat) but these people are fantastic. I have complete faith in this vet, both in terms of the care and attention given, and the cost. Norbury Pet health Centre has always taken care of our much loved pet dogs and we wouldn't go anywhere else because after years of experience they have NEVER let us down. Their professionalism is second to none and so is their humanity: they understand how much your pets mean to you and they really care. Vet Nicky and her excellent nursing and support staff will do anything in their power to ensure that your pet lives a long and healthy life, and they'll literally be standing right next to you when times are hard. We'd be totally lost without them and rely on them for what we know will always be the best attention, support and advice.

We’ve been taken our dogs to Norbury Pets Centre for nearly 40 years from the days of Mr Ross to when Nicky joined as a newly qualified vet. We would never dream of going anywhere else! The staff are friendly and helpful and we have always found Nicky to be an excellent and compassionate vet.

Very helpful, kind team. However, I have often had Ellenora as my vet, and she has gone out of her way to 'find and fix' the problem - and my cats seem to have a few. It is a lovely practice - I swapped from my last practice, as the staff changed on a monthly, if not weekly basis. This practice has a great and stable staff.

Nicky and her team have looked after our beloved cats so beautifully since we moved here 6 years ago. I can't recommend Nicky and her team enough. Over the years I have used many vets but I feel like I've finally found the trustworthy, professional, friendly and organised care I'd been searching for. Simply put, the best Vets in Norbury. Nicky and the team are very friendly and provide exceptionally good care for our pets. Previous vets we've used in Bromley and Eden Park don't come close to the level of service that Norbury Pet Health Centre provide. An absolutely magical find!
