M. J.Amazing Sunday/new year, same day emergency service with one of our Rats Charlie, who unfortunately is suffering a post-op infection after surgery at our usual vet.
Very friendly, caring and professional and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend to others.
Some vets seem out of their comfort zone with the little ones, but not Maggie who was fantastic.

T. H.An excellent service from Maggie the Vet and Michael who fitted us in on New Years Day to examine our ragdoll and his possible damaged leg. The team were so caring, reassuring and thorough and gave us such good care and advice. Outstanding!
G.We unfortunately had to visit these guys last night and they turned what could of been quite a stressful experience, into something actually quite enjoyable. They were efficient yet thorough all whilst being calm and reassuring; Overall just good people!

C. S.Over Christmas when all vets where closed these hero's worked tirelessly. After an accident at home the whole team here at SLEV put down their fatigue and stresses and with speed, professionalism, care they scooped up our puppy and give him their best!
After an x-ray, they explained the problem and all options clearly and smoothly, always asking if we were okay..
The staff here really put animal care first and we cannot thank them enough for all they did for us on December 27th-28th. You guys worked quickly, efficiently and so delicately with our tiny puppy. You are hero's!
Z. F.Someone abandoned their dog in my back Garden on New years Day . We dont own a dog and didn't really know what to do , We knocked at neighbours doors and all efforts to call RSPCA, Battersea dog house and Lambeth Services failed . My daughter and I called this service and Micheal told us to bring her in and will see if she is chipped. She was chipped and she is called Lilly .Micheal tried to find the owner but no joy there either , he took a lot of time calling various places. He told us to leave Lilly at the clinic and will try his best to get her picked up by Dog warden. Thank you so much Micheal for taking your time on such a busy day, showing love and also being patient with me when I kept asking if I can feed the dog LOL. We went home feeling that she is in good hands. Bless you Micheal and wish you a very happy new year. Hope Lilly is in good home . We miss her. Wishing her a good life.

S. L.My male cat had a life threatening bladder blockage towards the end of November and was admitted here for 48 hours. Really friendly and professional receptionist and vet who calmed my nerves. He is now back to his normal self and I can't thank them enough for saving his life!
k. t.Took our very poorly cat to the out of hours vet, Maggie, as he was losing weight, dehydrated and not eating. Our usual vet was not able at the time to keep cats overnight. SLEVC kept him in for 24 hours and gave him good treatments. He is now fully recovered. Have used them before, would use them again. They handled all communication swiftly and were happy to assist with insurance claim forms.
S. G.Had to take our dog to the emergency vets on Friday and we saw vet Maggie, Nicola and Michael. We received immediate attention and we have a dog who is extremely vet adverse. The treatment she received was sensitive and excellent, although she had told us she doesn't want to return any time soon, we would definitely go there is the need arose. For the humans in the situation, we found the team extremely personable and kind and Michael in particular really funny, which helped lighten the situation.
t.Took one of my old rats in, they didn’t bat an eye seemed totally at ease/normal for them to be having rats, were lovely and helpful, if ever need an emergency vet again will definitely go back here
I. R.I had a was faced with an out of hours emergency when my cat had blood welling from his eye. I called this emergency service and was greeted by a very reassuring calm voice offering advice and assistance. I went along and they treated and stopped the bleeding and my cat has made a speedy recovery. Thank you in a stressful time.

S. T.Been here tonight for an emergency appointment due my dog being poorly. Friendly, helpful reassuring staff. Highly recommended if ever you find yourself in need. Reasonable price considering its out of hours.
R. E.The staff at the emergency vet in Streatham are amazing. We've brought our cat here a couple of times (unfortunately!). The staff are always calming, reassuring but efficient, and have never failed to stabilise our cat and get him through whatever emergency it is. We had to visit this weekend, and Lucas, Davide, Jess and everyone else who was working this weekend - thank you so much! We had a real emergency and now our cat is at home relaxing thanks to the care of these fantastic vets and nurses. They gave us regular updates, let us come and visit before an overnight stay, gave our cat plenty of attention overnight to keep him calm, gave us some special food to take home to make sure he ate, and made sure we were kept informed throughout. We could not be more grateful, and feel very lucky to have such amazing support just up the road. I hope you never have to use this clinic, but if you do, you will be in great hands.
R. H.These people are brilliant, we had to take a neighbour's cat we were feeding while they were away there last night with a broken leg from being run over. They cared every bit as much as we did and were clearly experts in their field. Very warm, understanding and empathetic as well. Sincere thanks for all you did and fingers crossed he will pull through thanks to your swift action.
One word of warning: like all vets of this nature (all vets period, really) it will cost you a substantial amount: for us it was £601 for one night's stay. If you're wondering whether it's worth getting your pet insured, stop wondering and do it today.
P. S.The staff are amazing both on the phone and in person.
They settled our nerves as much as they could and were quick and efficient making sure that our animals needs were taken care of.
It could do with a bit of a refit inside the scatter cushions are not fooling anyone. but that is easily overlooked when you have service as good as they give.

V. G.The staff gave us excellent care, when our labrador ate grapes (very dangerous for dogs!) - late on a Saturday night. They were very efficient, communicated well, and were kind and caring to us and our dog.
It's great to know that we can go there out of hours, in any future emergency.
A. M.I took my very ill cat to this vet to be put to sleep. They were kind,professional and very aware of our grief. I shouldn't really say this but they didn't charge us the consultation fee just the treatment fee and I couldn't believe how kind and generous that was.
