I cannot recommend Paul and his team highly enough. They go above and beyond and have a much more holistic approach. They spend time getting to know you and your pet and their expertise is second to none. I have a rather complicated young dog and Paul's thorough investigative yet relaxed approach leaves me feeling confident and assured that my dog is getting the very best care.

We are so impressed with the Urban Vet team, so much so we are going to move our other 2x cats (currently at a different vets) to their practice. The team are so friendly, the vets are so knowledgable (we have met Laura and Paul who are first class) and helpful and go above and beyond in terms of the service and time they give (beyond the original issue at hand). We feel like our cat is in such good hands. Also the premises is amazing, really smart and spacious with a separate ‘cat waiting area’ so cats don’t need to feel stressed waiting in the general area with dogs - a lovely touch!

Paul has been looking after my rescue Staffie Angel for 9 years and I’m delighted he has opened his own independent practice. So pleased to see vet nurses Hannah and Ciara are also working here. This new practice has been thought out brilliantly; it includes a separate waiting area for cats, and has good access for anyone with mobility issues. I’m paying less than at our previous Medivet practice and a recent insurance claim was processed in record time thanks to the efficiency of the team here. You won’t find a better veterinary team. Angel has had more than her fair share of serious medical problems over the years but is still a happy, lively and healthy dog and I’ve no doubt that we’ve been very lucky to have such an excellent vet. The care and compassion Paul and his team show for my dog (and me!) has been outstanding and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Independent vet. Our pet had had surgery in one eye for cherry eye, but something went wrong. Friends of ours recommended this vet for a second go at it and we couldn't have landed to better hands. Amazing space for pets, excellent professionals, we are very happy with the follow up.

I took my two cats to Urban vet for the first time last week as I have recently moved and Urban vets are closer to me than my previous vet. Paul has been great, he had reviewed my cats medical history before the appointment and he had given me really good advice as opposed to 'blanket' advice that I had received from previous vets, even regarding diet. I would also like to compliment Kirsty in reception, she is really friendly and lovely over the phone and in person. I'm really pleased with their service and I glad I have registered with them.

I moved from my local vets to The Urban Vet about 6 months ago and I haven't looked back. It is more expensive but I think the personal attention, quick response and high level of communication is worth every penny.
