P. G.Fabrizio, the vet, was amazing.
He had to give me bad news about my dog’s X-ray results and he handled it amazingly, he was so kind and caring and went into lots of detail. He also made a real effort to meet my dog and make him comfortable before taking him for his castration.
The receptionist with the pink hair is also so so lovely, I don’t know her name sorry!
J. R.There was originally a problem as I had been given an appointment time and confirmed it for Wednesday 3 November. However when I arrived it had not been booked in. The receptionist sorted this on the spot however and confirmed that I would not need to pay the additional fee for a weekend consultation as the error had been on their end. Really great customer service! When I went to my appointment on Saturday the vet was great. Really interested and caring towards pippa and spoke about what they can do to look after her since we have just moved form Australia. Really great!
m.Clear instructions from the nurse and efficient service in getting us an emergency appointment booked. Vet was very helpful and answered all our questions.

S. S. O.Quite possibly the best vets in the World! Not only are the vets great but the receptionists are also very helpful too. They also have very kind, caring and helpful vet assistants. We've been taking our cats there since around September 2014, since then we've been given lots of helpful info and learned a lot about how to look after them properly. Our cats are all in excellent health and doing very well! Each of the vets we've seen have taken the time to get to know each of our 4 cats and offer a highly personalised service. I don't give 5 stars often but they have been excellent and earned them. ★★★★★
