Can not recommend the staff at vets 4 pets Richmond! They have been truly amazing with all aspects of care from welcoming a new per till the last act of kindness. You will not find more sympathetic vets that are not all about the money.. I can not begin to tell you just how lucky I feel to trust them with my animals.. If your looking for a new vet check them out! You will not be disappointed! I trust them wholeheartedly.

Best vets, everyone is great in there, Christopher, Roger and Roger are great always redeemer bella and me and been informative about everything. No hidden costs. The vet (Roger I.) has taken care of our cat for the past months, he has explained everything to us very well and has made this difficult time easier for us. The reception staff is always very nice and makes us feel very welcome every time we go to our appointments.

I brought my cat for neutering. He's fairly noisy and I was worried he would be scared. The staff took care of him and gave him hugs after he woke up. Really appreciate the care they took, and my cat recovered really well. Thank you :)

The vet was very nice, answered all my questions and explained everything to me. She was very caring with my puppy and my puppy seemed to really like her too. The vet comforted my pet very well after her treatments which meant a lot to me and I appreciate it.

I highly recommend the vets at this practice. My girls love being fussed over as they get checked. Chris and Roger are brilliant, able to accommodate different requirements for my cats. The only reason for 4 stars is that I’m not too thrilled about some of the reception staff. I had to request multiple times that my cats are recorded as British shorthairs, a lady kept putting them as domestic shorthairs and once as British longhair. One lady on the phone just assumed British shorthairs are all blue, then once queries why I wanted to record my cat as chocolate (which she is!!). When I told her that British shorthairs can come in many different colours, she just went “oh really”... 😑 lack of basic knowledge is one thing, but not so friendly either! My cats are on their healthcare plan which is great value, but when I asked to order flea / deworming supplies for my other cat who was not seen at the practice but had her next treatment due in less than 10 days time, I was told to place an order in 7 days... not very flexible...

Best vets in the borough. Treat all my animals like they were their own. Wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else. Vets incredibly knowledgeable and reception staff are amazing, polite and knowledgeable too! The new premises are amazing too.

Because my 18 year old cat had to have her claws clipped and she's not the friendliest cat. But between the nurse and vet (with Poppy trying to bite them), they clipped all her claws. They also checked her ears which I requested because I've become aware that she's stone deaf. Very impressive!

I can’t recommend this vets enough. They have been so wonderful to all of our pets (2 cats and a dog). We rushed our cat in today with no appointment and they fitted her in straight away. After she stabilised they recommended a specialist centre for her to ensure she has the best care possible. Vets4pets Richmond has always been amazing to us, we've been with them for 2 years now. Always very nice and friendly people who really care for my dog. During these difficult times the reception staff took great care in answering my emails and really made an effort to answer all my questions. When I went to pick up the worm and flea treatment the vet came out to my car to deliver so I didn't have to go into the store. Amazing service, would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much

From the moment I (+ 2 CKC spaniels) walked through the door - that lovely friendly atmosphere of PetsatHome hit me. ALL staff throughout store are helpful and knowledgeable. Once at the back of the store to visit Vets4Pets, I was immensely pleased and grateful for the kindness of the receptionist there: I was 30+ mins LATE (terrible traffic.. I will know for next time..) and she said the vet might not be able to see me but she would see what she could do. And she returned shortly smiling, followed by vet Roger Irish who said he would be happy to see my dogs. This was their introductory consultation; I had recently registered them w Vets4Pets. Mr Irish was patient and kindly. He picked up each dog in turn and bore her off to the consulting rooms and then brought her back, confirming what I had told him about each, and being complimentary about them(!); and kindly reassuring me. I was happy waiting outside in the extremely clean doggy designated waiting area. (My only [slight] concern is that another client who was also there with her dog was not wearing a mask.. ) The receptionist made a further appointment for me in accordance w Mr Irish's advice - for one of my dogs- advising me as to when would be the best time - regarding traffic on surrounding roads, and cooperated in every way possible with my queries and requests with efficiency and charm. We made our way back out the store, extremely happy campers. Thank you Vets4Pets!

I took my cat and her litter of 4 week old kittens to this vet for a health check and was very happy with their service. My cat had a toilet accident in the carrier, which I managed to clean the most of it. I told the vet when I got there, and he promptly took them to the nurses and cleaned them up. The vet was very informative and answered all the questions I had about weaning, litter training etc. He health checked my cat and kittens, and gave them all worming treatment, all for under £50!! Most vets in my area (west london) would charge more than that just for a consultation. I went there by car and it was fairly easy to find with the help of Google maps. I'd definitely recommend this vet for their service and their prices.

Brilliant Vet! I changed for them, from my usual vet when my dog needed neutering, as the prices were more affordable then my central London Vet. Hindsight I should have been coming here from day one, even if it's a bit of a journey! Super lovely and knowledgeable staff, and you don't feel like they are trying to sell you unnecessary services - like so many private vets do. My dog loves going back to the Vets here - they are very loving with him, and I guess the pain etc was kept to a minimum as he only remembers the good times.

Very attentive staff, the head doctors are super at their job. Their pricing is very fair. I changed to come here from a private vet, and I never regret it even though this practice is a bit of a journey for me. Dr Roger Bralow is also a heart specialist which is amazing when you have a dog breed that tends to have heart problems.

Fantastic service as always. Prices are very good compared to some vets. Very friendly team and prefer to travel to Richmond from Battersea rather than go to a local vet. Always very helpful and understanding. Pebbles seem to prefer there too.

Highly recommend Pets4Vets. People who really care about your pets. We tried a couple of local vets, one who showed little interest in our pet and more about ensuring we signed and agreed the treatment before we left the building and had time to consider the options. Another who left our elderly and very anxious pet in a basket for 6 hours before deciding she had diarrhoea due to nerves and they couldn't operate! Therefore we had to go through the whole process again adding to the anxiety. Vets4Pets were completely the opposite, kind, caring , informative and happy to understand stand the needs of the pet and the worries of the owners. A great team, from the receptionist to the veterinary surgeons. A big thank you from Rosie.
